Very fast response with good suggestions from Ruby after I filled in the form online. This was followed up by a video call where I was able to give more detail. What a great site, Ruby was so very friendly and efficient.
I think there a lack of communication Lottie and Chiswick nursing centre as to over a week to get a phone call from care home but when got call quick time for viewing within few days and assessment
I contacted Lottie and dealt with a lady called Katy who was wonderful!! I only had a a few days in which to find my 89 year old mother a nursing home? Katy was soon there to help she was wonderful!! She sent me details, as we continued in desperation to find a place? Unfortunately although Katy was very quick in sending the details we had managed to find a home for our mum but I have informed Katy that if things don’t work out then I will definitely be in touch! She was very professional, polite and really cared about helping us, at a particularly difficult time for us? Thank you Katy and keep up the good work you were great!! X
