Ruby at Lottie has been a huge help finding me respite care which I must have after a serious operation in the next few days - her friendly advice and general assistance have made me feel cared for - very necessary when you reach 85 - I'm really grateful to her.

I spoke to Eva on a day when I was struggling with gaining information on local respite care homes - my first experience of seeking information on local resources/services for the elderly . Eva was easy to talk to and empathic and although I did not end up needing her service at that time, knowing someone like Eva was out there to provide good advice and information to help someone manoeuvre the mine field of elderly care resources was really helpful for me to know about, and keep in mind if needed in the future. Eva even followed up with a curtesy call to check on things, thank you Eva.

Katy was most helpful, she provided relevant information quickly, having listened to my needs. When she couldn't answer a question, she found out and followed things through. I haven't met her in person but found the free personal service excellent.

Really grateful to ruby for her help . Finding a suitable care home can be a minefield . Ruby was able to start the ball rolling for me and recommend several places I could look at . She checked specifications and the homes then rang me . Took a lot of the leg work out of it for me for which I am grateful . She was polite , sympathetic and really efficient. Thank you . Jacky

My experience of working with the Seniorcare team has been great. My mum has recently been moved to a care home and Hannah has been fantastic in helping me understand the best options that are available for her - she's made what seemed a complex and difficult situation into one that's far less daunting. If you need help when caring for elderly relatives I'd highly recommend the Seniorcare team.

Made the process considerably easier and more comfortable. An excellent service in every respect.

Deciding my Granny had to go into a home for end of life care was so stressful, until I came across this service! Ruby has been absolutely amazing, she basically took all the stress from me and found me a wonderful home for my Granny to spend the rest of her days with the right kind of care. I cannot rate this service high enough, thankyou so so much.i can concentrate on my Granny now knowing she will be in the best place.

I am completely new to the aged care system and was quite shocked at the differing levels of accommodation and incredibly high costs. I used Lottie as a resource to try and make some sense of the options available (my father was returning from Australia and therefore had no restrictions nationwide on location). The lady who helped me, Ruby Hutchins-Perkins was very attentive and her email responses were always back before I expected them - each time with more options in my parameters which were valid. Through her I arranged to visit several homes and was able to select the best one. Excellent service by Ruby!

From the first time we contacted Lottie to discuss finding a care home for my mother the help we received was second to none. We worked with Hannah who made sure all our queries and problems were answered as soon as possible. My mother is now settled in a lovely care home and is very happy.
