We have been so impressed with the prompt, helpful and thoughtful service offered by Eva at Lottie.org. It's not often that such proactivity is experienced and it was particularly helpful given the controlled chaos we were experiencing trying to find out, for the first time, what our options were for residential respite care.

I phoned Lottie via a third parties website and was welcomed by Sarah. Immediately, I was struck by how friendly she was and it became clear very quickly that she was also very knowledgeable about the homes in my area and had a great general knowledge about the care sector as a whole. Not only did Sarah supply me with details/costs of the homes in my area but she also went the extra mile by sending me details of benefits etc, that my parents may be entitled to. Friendly service to help you navigate your way through a minefield! When we found out our loved one needed to be placed into full time care it was around Christmas time. This is a busy time of year anyway with numerous bank holidays making it challenging in itself. There's also not a great deal of info out there to help you find your way around what is available. After a short and friendly phonecall from Eva she took on all the hard work for me. I felt supported and it is a truly helpful service. Thankyou!

We were urgently looking for respite care for my Grandmother and Lottie really saved the day. Within less than 24 hours of contacting them, we had two options sent to us with immediate availability. Hannah led the search and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better service. We will be looking for a more permanent solution soon and will definitely be counting on Lottie. After juat one phone call and a couple of emails with Hannah at Lottie, I already feel more supported and reassured than I have even remotely over the last 2 and a half years dealing with local authorities and care homes directly. Lottie was recommended by the Alzheimer's Society when I needed to find a care home for my husband urgently. I looked at the site cautiously at first unsure what to expect. However, it has been a Godsend in a time of great trauma for me - Eva has shown tremendous empathy and seems to have known exactly how I feel and has given me wonderful support alongside practical advice. This has been ongoing throughout December and is still continuing. I was particularly distraught on December 14th when our choice of care home seemed to have fallen through. Eva rang at just the right time reassuring me that everything would sort out and she has continued to call me checking I'm okay and doing all she can to help. I can strongly recommend Lottie to anyone looking to find a suitable care home and the support given at a very difficult time has been invaluable.

Our Dad already had mobility issues but around 9 weeks ago he suffered a mild stroke which restricted us of his left leg even further. After a short stay in the Pershore rehabilitation ward he was discharged with a re-enablement package of care with careers visiting 4 times a day to support him. It became very obvious though that this was not enough and after suffering multiple falls he became bed ridden. That's when we reached out to Lottie to help us understand the options available to us. Over the last 2 -3 weeks Hannah from Lottie became our new best friend providing guidance and support for the whole family identifying the different care options and funding available to us for Dad. She communicated with and organised our care home visits supporting us all the way. This support and help was invaluable during a very intense and emotional time. With Hannah's help we able to secure and move dad into a local care home within a couple of weeks - Hannah even arranged for a small welcome gift for him when he arrived. The additional support and help that Hannah provided during this difficult time was absolutely brilliant and very much appreciated by the whole family - thanks Hannah.
