Very quick response to my enquiry about care homes and also home care for my mother. Unfortunately I’m not yet ready to proceed due to family members disagreeing about next steps in mums care. Despite this I really appreciated the help from home care companies who have provided me with information that will be very useful once we can proceed.

I was really impressed with the information given to me on the telephone. And then the follow up with an email giving me the opportunity to recap with the telephone numbers. This was a great comfort when I felt like I kept hitting brick walls trying to get help
