I’m being totally honest the staff that dealt with me was extremely helpful that I con not put in word and I had the courage to take the steps .. she was v professional and to dealt with our grief and huge support to us.
I appreciated a quick response, namely a phone call followed up with an email giving some interesting advice documents, one of which has already proved to be very useful in preparing for a visit to look at a care home.
Why asked to enter preferences/red lines, then post details of totally inappropriate properties that you have to scroll thru to find anything that remotely suits ? No way that I could see of just rejecting.
