I am in the early stages of finding a home for a relative with dementia, I want to get it right first time. This service saves me contacting each home as you have all the information of homes in my given area detailing availability, CQC rating and so much more useful information. I am going to view two of the homes on Monday. The most surprising part was your follow up call to me to find out how I had found the site and providing useful tips when viewing the homes, also what benefits I might be able to access for my relative. Your staff are so kind and compassionate at a time when I am feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and upset, you were there for me also and have suggested support sites or calling you back. Your organization is truly amazing and I was blown away by the care and compassion. Many thanks for your help you have really lightened my load.
Joe was fantastic at giving us a shortlist of potentially suitable homes for our Mum, as well as a very useful checklist of questions to ask, and advice on how to apply for attendance allowance. Very efficient service.

I cant praise Klara enough after speaking weith her today she was very understaning and extremly helpful and I now know things i didnt know thanks to her willingness to help and make suggestions to help me to progress she is also avery good listener and sounds very kind she is also very inderstanding I really feel she has helped me to broaden my knowlege in a subject wihich is in my opinion a bit of a minefield and can be very daunting I would not hesitate recomending anyone in my or a similiar situaition to speak with Klara she has great empathy Thank you so much Klara I will be in touch

Lottie care services came up easily in an online search for domiciliary care in my postcode area. It was very easy to request more info on services and pricing which arrived in my inbox from 5 different service providers in my area within minutes. I received 3 phone calls from service providers the next morning, plus a call from lottie manager herself to ask if I needed any help. I arranged to have 2 care needs assessments, and the Lottie manager emailed me info on how to prepare for them/what to expect.
