Lottie were helpful in finding a care home for my auntie

Lottie gave us full and comprehensive information on the steps we needed to take to deal with local authority funding together with nhs funding for a loved one that may need to into full time nursing care. It’s a pity the nhs don’t offer such a service it would help a lot of families having to go through this process.maybe Lottie could approach the nhs to offer such a service, at the time of need and save families having to trawl the internet themselves. So thank you

I spoke to a young gentleman called Joe , who was incredible helpful and he suggested a care home not far from where my father lives. I had a visit to this care home and was very impressed , so much so I have decided to put my father in there for some respite. I am very grateful for the help of Lottie in making this search so much easier .

Eva has been fantastic in helping me place my dad in respite. She sent me all the relevant information based on our requirement and provided regular updates on beds availabilities as this changes on daily basis. My partner suggested reaching out to Lottie as this was part of her company offering, to get some advice from them with help with my Mum who has been very unwell. At minimum I hoped to get some basic information that might point me in the right direction, but what I got was a wide range of detailed information that allowed me to order items she needed, contact people who could help her, and gave me ideas about how best to support her and my Dad moving forward as her condition worsens. What I also hadn't expected was to be able to continue the conversation after that initial email, to be able to discuss things that were changing week by week, and to get further ideas on how we can adapt that support moving forward. It's been refreshing to be able to email someone with that information at their fingertips and not be pushed in a particular direction, but more given the facts and links for us to look into at and pick what is going to work for us. It's a one stop shop of relevant information and, to be frank, has saved us hours if not days of trawling through multiple websites trying to find what we need. I can't praise and recommend the company enough for having put together such a superb offering, especially my contact Eva who has thought of a few things that we hadn't even considered as an option to help Mum, and for making a difficult situation that little bit easier to deal with.
