I have been really struggling to find private healthcare for a good friend who has cancer and other health issues. I spoke with Joe at Lottie who was kind and so helpful. Result from Admiralty was positive however when we said yes, with a room available and went to arrange an assessment. Then to be phoned the next day to be told they had no rooms available. So very disappointed.
