Lottie enabled me to hone my search to not just those care companies in my area, but also by cost, minimum call out time and initial set up notice required. It was so helpful and saved me lots of time.
Discovering first hand recently how very hard and scary it is to actually get "immediate" support and help for someone. You find your talking to a computer: being promised a call back, which never comes, or even worse you have to complete a form "online" and know it will take forever to be processed. Years ago would have just meant a "phone call and it would have been dealt with". Well, thats is exactly what Lottie did for me recently. We knew nothing about them, or them about us, but they contacted me because of all the enquiries I had made on-line, and after a conversation with a lovely person called Klara to understand our siutation was told "she would do her best, and get back asap", and that is exactly what she did! Within the day, I had received all the information I needed to move forward, plus additional help and contact details that I didnt even know were there. I cannot thank her or the team enough. It is a free service, and all I can say is that it really needs to be better advertised.
Clara was very professional yet very friendly. She was thorough and easy to understand. Would have given her a 5 but saving that for the results when she delivers a short list and the promised advice on Wills and Trusts. Thank you

Lottie seems credible & trustworthy. I searched the website after hearing the founders speaking on radio 4. The Joe reached out after I contacted some homes via their website. He also sent other useful info on deferred payments, etc. However, in the end due to lack of finances I am now in talks with an other home, not registered on Lottie. Nonetheless, good service from lottie.
Spoke with Klara, who was lovely, kind, understanding and provided helpful advice regarding dementia respite care for Dad.
