Much more expensive than their competitors with a very similar name. I was told certificate would arrive within 24/48 hours. After 48 hours I contacted them and they said they would sent it the same day….but they didn’t.

Fraudsters! I am still waiting my EPC certificate after 4 weeks! I called customer service today (for the 10th time) and they're telling me that the surveyor who came to my apartment forgot to do the job (even though I paid for it!). UNPROFESSIONAL services - stay away
Absolute thieves. I keep chasing them to receive my certificate for which I paid £200! But the person on the phone and by emails keeps repeating the same thing: "wait a few more days". It's been a month...! Really unprofessional and borderline fraudulent.

Absolutely disgusted with the outcome of using this company first of all day take your money as quick as they possibly can when it came to do the job they cancelled. Then say they will get someone else to do it when I asked for my money back. then you have to wait three weeks for an outcome. you try getting a result day upon day saying that the person that’s dealing with was on holiday. I’ve asked for my money back three times that still hasn’t happened yet. Avoid this company like you would avoid the plague it’s not worth the stress

BEWARE: BE PREPARED TO LOSE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY!!! I engaged this company for electrical work in February 2023 and made the full payment upfront, a substantial £1800, in good faith to ensure a legitimate service. To my dismay, the work never commenced, nor was it ever completed. Despite my persistent efforts, involving countless calls and emails, there was not a hint of apology from their end. Instead, they astonishingly proposed charging me for three separate engineer visits to my property. The first visit was initiated by them, which is customary and should not incur any additional charges, considering I had legitimately purchased their services, which they failed to fulfill. Shockingly, on the second and third occasions, their engineers were a no-show, and I had to visit the property myself. This blatant negligence is inexcusable. Fast forward to the end of September 2023, and I am yet to see any signs of a refund. It is imperative to note that this company operates as a mere intermediary, akin to platforms like 'Checkatrade.' However, they shirk any responsibility for disputes, leaving you in a vulnerable position. What's more, they insist on payment via non-recoverable bank transfer, further eroding trust. Beware and exercise caution when dealing with this company.
waited 9 days for EPC The price is the cheapest i can find. but i got for what i paid. waited for 9 days to get the report, called daily and everyday promised me would give me the same day but didn't.
