website offered saturday as a choice for booking gas safety and eicr assessments. however, it automatically reverted my booking to a friday at "check-out"/payment without warning. as i didn't notice this automatic change, I ended up paying for and booking a friday slot, rather than the original requested saturday. subsequently required multiple emails to rectify this - LSC initially said they didn't offer saturday assessments despite their website offering it. LSC did then find an engineer to come round on saturday. Following the assessment, LSC claim to issue after 24-48 business hours once the job is completed. it took 5 working days not including the date of assessment and multiple email requests before the certificates came through. overall, poor experience.

I will be using this company for all my gas safety certificates for my properties. I feel they are reliable, will show up and are cost- effective. I had to change the dates on one of my property which when I called up they changed the dates. I am so glad that I found them on the internet but now feel I will be developing a personal relationship with them

Quick service and great engineer !

LSC attended Property to carry out FRA. FRA sent a couple of days later. Conflicting address's and Conflicting information on FRA. Phoned LSC numerous times to report issued emailed highlighted report back to be amended. I have chased this company since before Christmas, I have been promised the amended report numerous time and they have FAILED to send it. I want a refund.

Fraudsters. Stay away. They took payment and, on the day of the scheduled appointment, just sent an email that they don't cover my postcode. (where have they been looking when taking order/ accepting payment) Now call them daily asking for a refund, but so far, I have just been fed with promises that a refund will be issued. Going to contact my bank to take action. An update: Today is 18th January 2023 As you can see, they responded that "The refund was processed straight away from our end that might took a bit longer to reflect your account." But...I still don't have money. Not to mention that I have been promised to refund "by 23rd December" then "tomorrow" on 4th January, then " been processed" on 11th January, but...still no money.

Efficient and thorough considering it was a last minute request. Would highly reccommend
