Certificate & report for a very simple fire risk assessment of a 5 sqm communal area where the engineer was there for precisely 4 minutes is still not available after several days . Very fast was the company charging us £189 upfront for this exercise. So won’t use again !

They just find the way to fail your electrical tes for them to supply a quote for repairs. I don’t recommend this company. I strongly recommend to use a local electrician instead.

Still awaiting a refund 1 year on. Engineer failed to attend on time due to their computer internal computer booking error (which they admitted) but they still charged a callout fee despite no one being available to give access due to their lateness, still awaiting any refund at all one year on
