I have used ‘Landlord Safety Certificate for a number of years now, their fee is very reasonable too. Have found them totally efficient in reminding me when my inspections are due, and contacting my Agents for an access date with the tenants. LSC have never let me down and as I’ve previously stated totally efficient.
We dealt with Landlord Safety and in particular, Mr Malik. Wonderful service. Very helpful, explained everything in detail. Organised certificates within 1 day. Must recommended. Will be using them again.
As an electrician I have just been handed their so-called EICR to rectify the problem to get a satisfactory report. From reading their report and visiting their property I can tell that the was no test done at all and these guys are chancer. Complete scam artists please avoid and use real trades people. Re reply : don’t apologise to me I went to actually do an EICR and rectify all problems. Your tech director Samir done it and I can tell he was there for 15 mins max. Oh and there’s no such thing as NICEIC qualified you fool. Keep hiding behind this “company” you’ve made up 👍🏻
Pathetic. Missed my appointment twice and wasted my time. Still no sign of the refund for a service I didn’t receive.

The worse service i have ever got, they overcharged for works they never accomplished, they caused delay of over a month, unprofessional, unorganised and not competent at all in their field. All their services are outsourced, charging their customers double of what they pay to outsourced assistance Caused us losing an acquisition amd their report doesn't reflec the minimum standards at all I would NOT recommend their services to anyone ever and I advise anyone to make sure what they are getting themselves into before engaging with this company And if anyone who has been affected by this company and requires a joint statement to claim back your money or place a legal claim against them for their unprofessional service, we are willing to assist in anyway possible
I need a quick turn around on a fire alarm certificate and they were able to provide it within 48 hours of my call

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Appalling! I received 4 separate emails all confirming my appointment. However no-one showed up between the set hours of 8am-1pm and no-one bothered to ring to explain why. When I called the office to ask what was happening I was fobbed off and told they would find out and get back to me within 30 mins. Again no-one did get back to me within the 30 mins and when I called again and was put through to the manager the call went straight to voicemail. A waste of my time.

Highly unprofessional team, please do not trust their words. While booking they promised me to do the report ASAP. I made at least 30 phone calls to chase up and every time I have been told tomorrow. Please do not use this service, highly disappointed. Such a waste of time and money. Engineer will not turn up as per the promised time slot so that's the another issue. Terrible service.

Awful service. Die at 10.30 - 14.30 - did not show. Called at 14.30 to chase - said the car broke down! promised someone would be there within 2 hours. at 17.30 still no one - I called again - this time it was sickness and a car break down! they then want to do it at 8pm! what a joke - a shame of a service where the staff lie about cars and sickness issues but do not seem to share the lie with each other so turns out to lie again! Avoid this company at all costs - i am a landlord with 6 properties - never had such poor service
