I booked Gas Safety Certificate with boiler service for 2 different properties. This company made a pigs ear of both, and they refuse to correct their mistakes. The first issue is an absolute refusal to maintain anniversary date, despite me sending them Gas Safe Register link in advance, detailing the rules that they categorically can and should do so. Their staff obviously do not understand the rules, and believe that they know better then the organisation that actually makes and regulates the rules. They even admitted they hadn't bothered reading the link. And still ongoing, that they claimed to have done the boiler service, but won't reflect that on the certificate, despite multiple requests. My summary is that the staff are rude, lazy, arrogant, incompetent, and unprofessional. Further update. They finally admitted they had got it wrong, and made the corrections that I had asked for all along. Scary that I have more expertise as a landlord than gas registered engineers. I will be reporting them to the necessary bodies. They subsequently offered a refund in exchange for me removing my Trustpilot review. After 2 weeks, they didn't make the refund, and are now trying to negotiate scraps of a refund. I have refused to withdraw my honest review. Final update. They offered a partial refund. A month on, they are still yet to make the refund. Finally spoke to a senior manager, who appeared contrite and offered a full refund within 3-5 working days. That was exactly 2 weeks ago. No refund, no getting through to someone to explain why. Same old incompetence and lies. Further update this afternoon. A request for a callback was once again ignored, so I called them again. You have to treat them like little children, and repeat every basic thing multiple times. A manager called Malek was again lazy, rude, angry, unable to listen and nastily aggressive (quite apart from weirdly breathing heavily like darth vader into the phone!). He seems to think the company can fail to do their job, and he can double down on that failure with abuse. He has had this attitude throughout this whole process. Clearly his manager Abdullah, who actually came across as sincerer a couple of weeks ago, has not resolved his disgraceful attitude from before, despite having to profusely apologise to me for it. Final outcome just concluded. The Director has reviewed the case, and withdrawn the refund offer! I guess the awful attitude comes from the very top. The explanation was that I got the certificates in the end, so no refunds are due! The fact that it was an absolute pain in the backside seems to have passed him by So basically, they agreed that their staff had been abusive, it was a horrible customer journey, they finally agreed to a full refund in exchange taking down this review (bribery?), then the director withdrew the refund offer and didn't even bother calling me to tell me. Absolute clowns. 3 months of ballshit from a bunch of oafs....!!
They took more that a week to issue the certificate, the customer services is the worst, the receptionist lies telling you that the certificate will be issued the same day and then you won't receive it! Is best to pay 10 pounds more and have someone reliable.
Terrible - do not use this service. I paid in advance and: 1. Did not show up in agreed time slot 2. Did not contact me to tell me 3. Did not issue certificate on the same day
The appointment was organised for the next day. The engineer was professional and efficient. The support service was very good too. As the appointment ran late, I cancelled the boiler service and just had the safety certificate done. The invoice was amended and payment link was easy to follow. Safety certificate then sent to me promptly.

I found this company by internet search and whilst concerned about taking that risk. I was very pleased to meet the professional team, discuss relevant issues with them, and receive my needed certificates the next working day. Having cost me what they said it would cost to do - happy to recommend Malek and his team ;-)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! UNPROFESSIONAL! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ! I have been an letting agent for over 20 years and in my time have NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional company, so called customer service agent laughing while I am talking thinking that what I am saying is funny, when in fact I was ensuring that my tenants safety comes first, they wont admit fault nor accept liability and very poor communication after money has been taken, I manage a large portfolio of properties and all I require is communication and professionalism but this company wont even provide a follow up report after doing a job which I thought should be standard when we are dealing with a gas boiler in a rented property, that is governed by law. Use with caution sometimes its better to read the bad reviews than believe the good ones, just a warning!
I've been working with this company for a few years and never really had a chance to write a review. after a few recent calls and jobs they've done for me. I strongly feel that I should leave some reviews about them. first of all, their efficiency and well-managed team are very impressive, especially their internal communication, so you never need to waste your time to have to explain the same thing to many different people if you have to call them back for the same reason. secondly, the staff there are very nice and friendly, and always there to help...there are also many other possitive reasons for me to keep coming back to them to sinking for their assistance, as I know I know I can trust them and they will always be there to help as they can. very happy with them
