Good Morning, I placed an order for a quntity of 2 but I received only 1 yesterday. Could you please tell me if you decided to deliver them in separate Mailings or was it just a mistake? Also, during my order, I was promised a 5% Discount but the Discount was not considered. Could you please tell me why?
Still waiting for replacements on smashed bulbs, called twice and emailed twice, no reply to emails but called after 3 days of hearing nothing and said they would send again but not confident they will be or they will prob arrived smashed again, I did try and advise on packaging and why it happened. Hoping they come... I asked for tracking too as I did on emails but no reply to them .. If I can be supplied tracking please
The only issue I had that out of 6 bulbs ordered one did not work! However this might have happened during transit ! Quick delivery.

I had what I thought was a faulty bulb sent to me by Lampshoponline but it was actually the manufacturing of the light fitting. Lampshoponline kindly responded and sent a new bulb anyway. Pleased with product and service.
Lampshop were great, the initial product delivered was faulty but replaced without hassle - spoiled only in the meantime by a lazy and rude UPS courier!
