I purchased four 600mm x 600mm 40w light panels for my workshop. They were delivered next day and the light output is amazing. I was so impressed with the panels that I purchased another five and they arrived yesterday. I choose cool white at 6000k and the white clear light is brilliant to work under and a massive improvement to the old fluorescent tubes and at 40w will use less power. I can not comment on reliability as it is very early days but based on experience to date I recommend these lights for both light output and price.

Easy to deal with and all goods arrived on time. The only slight downside is that they get the product I have ordered several times from two different manufacturers - even though they are the same spec the light emitted is different. I managed to get away with it as it was different rooms but not so good if it is for the same area.
