I needed a replacement bulb for a lava lamp which my boys use as a night light unable to purchase one locally I googled it and found this site. The blub itself was only £1.20 plus postage and I know it wasn't the Sale of the day for the company but to just chuck it into a standard jiffy bag is asking for trouble as it arrived as flat as a pancake. Come on folks a bit of effort goes a long way it means the difference between a good or bad review plus more or less sales.

28W 2D LOW ENERGY 4-PIN GR10Q - 835 I wanted to buy a bathroom light bulb, which is unfortunately not cheap. But the price this shop offer was so cheap that I could not believe that it was decent. I was worried that the website or company itself was fraud. But I needed the bulb quickly that I decided to take a chance. I only needed 1 bulb but it was so cheap that I bought 5. Delivery charge was very reasonable as well. The goods were delivered very quickly and so well wrapped that nothing was broken. Few days later, I had a call from the company's sales rep for follow up. The rep was so nice. Very good price and service. I will definitely buy more bulbs from this company and I highly recommend this company.

Originally I ordered the incorrect items, but after one phone call the problem was resolved at no extra cost. Fantastic ! Many other online retailers would not offer such outstanding service. Great value, fast delivery, would tecommend

Absolutely bad service. Bought 10 panel lights for my business with 12 month warranty in June . One of them stopped working last week and the company has no stock to replace it. Spoke to them twice how important it is for me get a replacement light but they are not at all helpful and hoping to get a stock in October. Wonder how would it make them feel when they sit and do business while it is dark around them. Will never be buying anything from them.

Placed an order for items "in stock", only to receive an email saying they're sorry, but the stock is due in a week time... So I placed another order for other brand, "in stock" again... Only to receive exactly the same email. After calling them they admitted problem with their stock-management system, and offered me the next day delivery of another brand which was really in stock. I've agreed and items were delivered the next day (with no extra charge). So they are very helpful, but in need of fixing their real-time stock availability info.

58W Osram tubes arrived in less than a day; well wrapped and good performance and lampshoponline even checked by phone first to see whether LED tubes would be best for me.
