Ordered 4 T8 tubes of 2 different brands, 2 T12 tubes, one more expensive than other and 2 starters as spares. Ordered late night 26/11/18, came 28/11/18 am and fitted 2 GE T8s and 1 T12. All good. Phoned 28/11/18 re missing T12, spoke to Jamie who agreed and said will send. Asked him to send 2 of the cheaper T12s instead. Friday am 30/11/18 received other 2 T12s which I will keep as spares as these are now obsolete. Superb and prompt service. PS My previous T12 unchanged for at least 24 years so hopefully this lasts as long?

Ordered a ballast part as new , 3 year old very used part arrived. Told "we do not send used products must have been a return " Good service to ship again and another used part arrived this one aged stamp as 2015 and looking used and obviously taken out of scrapped a lighting. Lives to short to deal with rogue traders they can keep my money and I will find another supplier .

Excellent brightness, I was bit worried about putting it on but it was a piece of cake.

Poor , poor services , ordered online with guaranteed next day which should have been Thursday, never showed up so rang them on Friday , they say it will now be delivered on Monday and can't guarantee at time !!! job booked in with client for Saturday !! No apology no call to say there dont have in stock, nothing , wouldn't recommend and will certainly never use again

5* Service. We have a couple of broken tubes due to the courier by the looks of it but a quick 1 min call and replacements offered without quibble. Will be buying more form these guys

Not one to leave reviews however, the service recieved on the last 3 out of 5 orders has increasingly worsened. We ordered various ballasts and control gear with a weeks lead time. Did not receive any idea that none of our items were not in stock until 2 days before we were due to attend site. BEWARE THESE GUYS ARE NOT FOR USE IF YOU ARE IN THE TRADE, THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN.

Very impressed with the outstanding service received by LampShopOnline. Even with such a small order, i received a friendly follow up email. Such high quality of customer service encouraged me to make a second order for a couple of other things I required for the house. I bought 4 8ft LED tubes to replace standard ones in my garage. They cam well packaged via FedEx, so no messing around. Nathaniel (? sorry if that's not right) was very helpful on the phone with some re-wiring advice. The lamps are much brighter than the 100w fluorescents and have a nice daylight tone. I'd definitely use LampShopOnline again
