3 tubes ordered on Sunday with the standard 3-5 days delivery arrived Tuesday well boxed by UPS. Not tried them yet, no breakages so hopefully will work when I do. Recommend this supplier for their prompt efficient supply and delivery.

I have been let down badly by this company, I ordered LED tubes on the 20/2/18 money was taken from my account on the 21/2/18 on the following day an email informed me that the lamps were not in stock but will be on the 26th and the lamps would be shipped overnight to me. On the 28th I call lamp shop to check when delivery would be and was told they were going out that day but may be delayed due to bad weather. On the 6/3/18 I again called to check on delivery and was informed that the lamps were out of stock and in fact never were in stock, nobody from lamp shop bother to let me know or could explain why I can not run a business or keep customers with that kind of feed back or service, never again.

Excellent service at competitive prices. Quality products with trustworthy names. No point in shelling out on cheap lamps these days. For the cost it is so worth the extra pence for a fit and forget lamp of some quality. I felt that if there had been a problem it would have got resolved unlike some other on line stores. My own order the p&p was just about acceptable and the products arrived promptly

From using the website to receiving the delivery was excellent. No problems encountered at all. The two 5' and and two 6' tubes that I ordered arrived very well wrapped and undamaged. And I am de'lighted' (hope you like that!) that they all worked fine.

The tubes were delivered well packaged and very quickly. They were left propped up outside my door which could have been a bit of a problem but the packaging would have probably saved them even if they had fallen over

First rate value for the replacement bulbs ordered - less than a quarter of the price I've paid locally for the identical make and wattage previously. The telephone call from Ben at the company checking that the order had arrived was a nice gesture.
