Cheap Products and O for delivery. However, they never respond to customer queries, this lets them down. Buy from them if you wish but expect no customer service from them. Poor. Tried to contact them 4 times never did get a reply.

For years, our under-kitchen-cabinet fluorescent tubes would blow in a ridiculously short time (weeks/months), despite opting for major brands: Philips, Sylvania, etc., plus new starters, each time. Then, I fitted a couple of these Osram tubes (courtesy of Homebase, at the time) and, bingo! Years of service. So, when one of the tubes started to flicker, recently, I was v. keen to replace like with like: LampShopOnline to the rescue! Interestingly, these tubes were made in Russia, as opposed to the last sets' German origins. Fingers crossed for a happy finish.
