Delivery was ok lamp was good went to fit it for the customer and the unit was faulty so seeing as the customer needed the job done I dicided to open it up and have a look the balist unit was the problem 2 components had not been soldered in properly so re solderd the components and solved the problem thing that made me laugh was it had a quality control sticker on the side of it not sure what they did in the quality. Control still customer happy as I did not charge for the unit

I have never used this company before and i was searching for a bulb i have never had to buy before, this site was very easy to use with great prices which is helpful. I ordered my two bulbs with delivery and it was a very good price in my opinion, they were Fedex'd next day to me and very well protected, plugged in and working perfectly. I had an issue as i ordered 1 bulb of the wrong size, i contacted customer service who were very quick to respond and dealt with my issue exceeding my expectations given the cost of my items. from what i have experienced with my purchase it is a very well run company with staff who are willing to help, punctual and efficient, Very well done folks.

Fast delivery, exactly as expected - great product at a great price
Really really bad communication skills promising delivery that doesn't happen. Website saying things are in stock but aren't then never knowing when the items are or will ever be arriving.
I thought it was time I left a good review for a company as to date all the ones I have done have been bad! This company is fantastic to deal with! Have placed several orders with them over the last year and I can confirm that they are totally customer focused, sorting any issues out very quickly. LampShopOnline came to my rescue when I needed to match existing 2-D fluorescent tubes. They offered the exact match which my previous supplier had given up offering. The tubes came quickly and well-wrapped. They were offered at an excellent price.
Ordered lamps a week ago & chased it up 2 days ago. Promised next day delivery & still not received my lamps (2days later) . Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I would be called back. Still no call.. The last order was exactly the same which I finally cancelled. If the lamps don't arrive today I will cancel my payment.. These are £300+ orders and hope this review gets noticed by somebody who has a vested interest in the company.

Ordered on Friday afternoon, received first thing following Wednesday but missed the email, (as per order confirmation), confirming despatch. Goods very well packed, no damages or missing items. Generally swift service. Would use LampShopOnline again.
The replacement Emergency light batteries arrived promptly and were fitted very easily as they came with leads already attached.
