good service and great quality

Good prices, amazing products. The warehouse for collection was clean and staff was extremely quick to get everything. I got my things picked up in 3 mins flat - wow! The in-app experience is not great, a bit slow and not intiutive like most modern apps something to be worked upon. But they are not meant to be a tech company.

I was looking for a bulk egg supplier and JJ Food services stood out against others, excellent service and we're open for collection on Saturday, will be using them again for sure

What an enlightening experience Dagenham is I have not used JJ for a while and used to go to sidcup in Kent but Dagenham is great quick easy efficient and the range of food groups is definitely better

Ordered chicken thighs for a party well in advance and when I went to collect on the day of the party I was told it’s not in stock!!!! Only had few hours to go till the party and I had no chicken!!! This put me in a very bad situation I don’t think I will be shopping at JJ food service in feature. And am still waiting for my refund

It was the worst experience ever. I bought 52kg Newzeland lamb leg online from Doncaster branch 10 days befor the delivery date to make sure that all the quantity requested to be available,but I surprised on the ssme eelivery day that they will send me only 36kg ,I called them and tried to send me sll the quantity that I paid for already but they refuse to help or even apologise.It was my first experience with them as I did not find any help from customer service and they blame me that I did not mention on the comments thst I need all the quantity requested, it is the first time as a customer to be asked to write that I have to write and reassure the amount I paid for.As a customer I was unsatisfied from the customer service as they put me on a pressure searching another place to buy the amount they do not send to me as I was planning a big gathering the next day. It was my first and last time to deal with them.

Just want to say . A big thank you to Feridun Abi for his time he spent helping me. He was fantastic and very professional. And want to say a big shout out to Lena in customer service for being honest and very very helpful after being charged extra from sneaky staff in Sidcup after I left. She was great . Thanks Korcan

Great service

Service was seamless and very happy with my products

A good selection of items but delivery service is probably the worst I’ve experienced in my life, it’s so out dated. Time slots have no meanings customers service will give false information. I called up was told he’s on his way now to you 1 hours later nothing I call up, Lena says she’ll call the driver and get right back. 3 hours later I call again Lena saying I can’t get through so there was no point calling you back and I don’t know anything. The websites will say a time within your slot and then randomly change the time by 4 hours this service is the worst. Other companies have a map and contact with driver this is terrible if it weren’t for the fact the items are decent I would have deleted my account.

Just be careful when you order box of meat they are over charge. Small amounts of meat in a extra large box. Meat is 6.7 kg box is 1.2 kg. This is expensive meat so you can imagine how much is the box.

Best value for money and tastes really good

Ordered for delivery, arrived on time from a friendly delivery driver. Orderd various things from burgers to cake. Everyone enjoyed. Will order again

Mark our Rep was passing and came into see us, amazing spent alot of time with us nothing was to much trouble. Prices what can I say matched and lower alot lower than other suppliers we have used, at the moment this company know and understand how businesses are trying to make ends meet. Easy ordering online, you get messages all tracked and when your drivers are 10 mins away. Drivers were amazing help put packages away again nothing too much trouble I would give 10 stars, will carry on using. Thankyou
