called 30 minutes before hand, removed the old sofa and constructed the new one when they brought it in, quick and careful in what they did. when we ordered the sofa would not have believed the delivery would be before Christmas, but they did and were excellent

Great furniture & fast delivery within the week communication with furniture shop brilliant but delivery company not easy to contact or change delivery! My table & chairs really fabulous would definitely use again

The delivery of my item was great. However the item that I received was damaged and needs to be sent back. This is just hassle for nothing and now I have to wait for the item to get sent back and for myself to receive another table.

Delivery drivers turned up , hardly looked at the front door and wanted it taken off , which I refused as plenty of room without this being done. Very poor English spoken. Was pushing for a good review. Didn’t have much knowledge on manoeuvring items , Had to advise , which was ignored. Delivery boys smelt bad and it wasn’t body odour. Quiet rude as well

Delivery guys were very polite and made sure my very large and heavy mirror was delivered to my room of choice safely. Even though my block of flats is like a maze and not easy to find on the 1st floor, they had no problems locating me. Thanks so much.

We had chahatdeep and harry deliver our furniture they were on time and very courteous ask were we wanted the packages no problem .The company are informative and email for a date as soon as they get the order from the manufacturer 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Communication good, despite me not being able to accept the first date given. Team Rajan and Inder phoned too on the delivery day 40 minutes before actual delivery to give me an estimated arrival time.

Received a phone call in advance of delivery, telling us of delivery time, which was very accurate. Delivery man was polite, efficient and organised.

Excellent communication. I received a text massage and an email confirming the day and the time slot. On the day I received a telephone to inform me they were half and hour away. On arrival they called again to the door could be opened. Based on my experience I rate them highly and would certainly recommend their services.

Extremely poor communication from JBS. One email, on Friday 15/03/24 telling me, I quote "If we haven't already, we will be in touch to discuss your delivery options soon". That communication did not occur. The next email I received was telling me that my package was delivered on Saturday 16/03/24, when we were not in. Luckily, our elderly neighbour took it in for us. JBS need to fix this problem as there has been several similar reviews recently.

No at all professional company. Couldn't understand the man on the telephone. Called at 8.00 pm telling me he's got a delivery. Couldn't find my house. Then when they find my house and deliver the goods they ask for water to drink at 9.00pm on a night. Crazy.

Delivery was on time, I was called 20min before to make sure I was home and Amrit was very polite and helped carry a heavy mirror inside my house and unpack it to check that all was well.

The delivery was fine and the communication in advance could have been excellent except I felt I was always responding into a void. We live in a gated estate and I ended up writing the details of how to enter the estate and find our house THREE TIMES. And then all this was ignored and the driver phoned twice to get access. Why was the driver not given the information I had taken the trouble to send in advance?

Great service from Davinder and Nav. Called 25 mins before arrival. Checked the item hadn’t been damaged on arrival. Friendly.

Great service, lots of updates for when delivery would be. delivery man was always very helpful thank you
