Would have been 5* but the delivery company only gives you (well me anyway) 24 hours notice of the delivery. Unfortunately I had to postpone the first date I was given as we were away, but I couldn’t arrange the new delivery date for when we were home. I was told delivery would be on a “five day” cycle which to be fair it was. Delivery man was very polite and kept me informed of their eta.
I have always received a well organised, well informed delivery service from JBS Midland, my latest delivery yesterday wad equally as good.👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I must say I did have high hopes internally. However after many email back and forth I have later found out that the delivery is based upon what is convenient for the company and not for the customer. I had spoken to various employees on the phone and even sent emails regarding the delivery date. And I quote “ Unfortunately once a delivery is declined it takes up to 2-5 working days to get another delivery date we would not be in the same area 2 days in a row.” I’d highly recommend them to think realistically that during the day people are at work and if a specific date or time has been requested it is for a reason and not for the fun of it. There should be a specific system in place where you can pick your delivery date and time slot rather than having your phone being rung constantly, to be told “if you cannot make this date work we will need to register it as you have declined the delivery.” When trying to call the number provided seems to ring endlessly communication with management and customer need to be revisited as it’s such a simple thing that needs addressing. The delivery drives however were very polite and helpful.
Great service-when I ordered my new sofas I got an expected delivery date of between 20th-24th Jan so really happy that it was ahead of expected date,I was updated throughout and they phoned during the allocated delivery slot to tell me when they were about 20mins away. Delivery guys were polite and respectful. They assembled sofas and took away rubbish and old sofas.Would have no problem using this company again or recommending them. Faultless service from start to finish.
It was delivered when they said it would and they carried into the house because it was very heavy, the two delivery men were very pleasant and helpful.
Received an email as to when expect delivery. Also received a text the day before and then he delivery guys also text on the day. Great communication. I wasn’t in but the guys left my package exactly where I asked.

They email and call to check whether the delivery date is suitable. You get a three hour time slot so that’s really good and they call to give you 30 minutes notice too. They also unpackaged it so I could inspect the furniture. All in all pretty good service.
Second item I have had delivered by JBS. As before excellent service, informed of 3 hour time slot evening before delivery & phone by delivery team when approximately on hour away. Excellent delivery team & would highly recommend the company.
After the sham of a delivery firm that is V1 distribution I asked the seller to send with another company and JBS Midland delivered exactly that and even rang to ensure the appointment for delivery was good after I told them I work mornings they offered an afternoon delivery slot which worked for me the delivery guys rang and hour before arrival and then rang again on arrival they were both polite, patient and friendly would recommend JBS Midland
The two guys that arrived with my table that i ordered , were spot on ! I can’t fault them in anyway and they were so professional with my product and putting it together, which i paid extra for ( which im totally glad i did ) . I would highly recommend them to anyone even family & friends .

Our coffee table arrived exactly on time by two really lovely people from Birmingham. The table was very well packaged and weighed a ton, so the kind driver carried it upstairs to our lounge for us. We are really pleased with the table which took us quite a while to assemble but our lovely neighbour popped round to help turn it over for us, A great shopping experience.
Delivered a mirror on time despite atrocious weather conditions and in very good humour. Timeslot provided the previous day which was great.
These people really push the boat out for me by getting my new table and chairs before Christmas.. the delivery men were brilliant stacking all the stuff up in the corridor. Thank you once again for your excellent service
The dressing table I ordered was pre-assembled & boxed up. The box was huge and seemed extremely heavy. The guys who delivered it did so with a lot of care and patience without any complaints. They were super quick, friendly, and professional. Would use their service again.
