Absolutely appalled by Hunter Express! They lost my expensive computer monitor shipment worth $300 and offer no compensation for their negligence (I am the sender). Their customer service is atrocious, failing to locate the large parcel (a 10 kg monitor!) for a whole month. It's frankly scary to think they can simply steal your packages and avoid any accountability.
Absolutely the worst delivery service experienced. Rude staff. They send misleading information driver is on the way and they don’t show. Then when you call the rude phone staff don’t care that you waited at home for the delivery they said “driver is on the way” Temple and Webster use this service. Be warned if you make a purchase from them. You may not get your goods
Worst courier service ever. I ordered a cat cage through everyday market early December I then got a email couple days later from everyday market to say it had been shipped and got a tracking link. Said Hunter express was the courier company. After couple days clicked on the tracking link and said delivery 14- 18th December. Those dates came and went and still nothing. Check tracking again the last update was 12th December to say it was on way from Sydney to Canberra. It's now 16th Jan and still nothing and tracking hasn't updated since 12th December. Tried to get in contact with Hunter express with no luck. I email everyday market and they have reached out to Hunter express but still no response. I am going to cancel my order and get refund. Before ordering anything again I will be making sure Hunter express aren't the courier service. Am not happy at all. Update 1 month after delivery was ment to happen. Everyday rewards market finally got a answer they said it has Been deemed lost by Hunter express. Anyway I am getting full refund. Thanks for nothing hunter express. There's nothing express about you.
Absolutely terrible service Comes at 11.30pm making so much noise wakes the neighbourhood Leaves after 3 minutes of noise without delivering goods , just drives off and marks delivery as complete , returns 10yrs later delivers goods and puts out in the rain when he clearly could of put under cover NOT HAPPY
If there is Zero Star , I would give. Verrrrrrrrrrrrry bad service. I am writing the review and still did not receive my items, very late and no way to contact them
Item was meant to arrive 3rd -5th January it is now the 12th January and it hasn't turn up. Rang the company and they just don't care.
WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS COURIER IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DELIVERED. DELIVERY WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 13TH DEC 23, IT IS NOW 10TH JAN 24 AND IT STILL IS NOT DELIVERED. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. NUMEROUS PROMISES FOR PHONE CALLS AND NOTHING FROM THEM. PARCEL IS AT AN UNKOWN LOCATION AND HAS NOT MOVED SINCE 18TH DEC. WORST COURIER COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH.
Absolutely hopeless they collected two boxes to be delivered and only one gets delivered. How is it now that some idiot thinks it's ok to separate a delivery, that's why things get lost. Last time I use these d#heads.
Excited to see on the Hunter Express site that my bed was arriving. When it came there were only 2 packages out of 3. The 3rd one was coming ?The tracking said we had 3 packages. Totally wrong, called the Office who said there is still 1 coming. Its a shame they cant all come together as we have a bedhead, 2 drawers and no frame
Hunter Express picked up trampoline from seller on 27th November in Victoria and advised delivery for 30th Nov-4th December. Scanned in at Newcastle depot in Cardiff however hunter Express advises it could have been picked up by a 3rd party contractor or it could be located in their shambles of a warehouse with zero logistical organization. Company refuses to search for parcel as "its not drivers job" I was told when I arrived at their warehouse. 24 days after pick up and we still have no delivery or Xmas present for the kids .
I'm giving 1 star because I don't think zero is an option? I was told my delivery would arrive between 11 - 14 Dec. I finally received a message to say it will be delivered today 21 Dec. A few hours later I received a message to say it has been cancelled. I called the help line and the reason for the cancellation is there was too much traffic on the roads? They will redeliver in the next few weeks but can't provide a date, I need to be on stand-by over the next 2-3 weeks (you can't make this stuff up even if you tried) Appalling service
I ordered a bed and base with Amart. Hunter Express were supposed to deliver my items today but ended up leaving a attempted delivery card in someone else's post box to manage the delivery. I was at home the whole day but they attempted delivery at the wrong address. I hope they deliver my goods to the correct address. Did not even receive a phone call when they attempted delivery as I would have advised that they were at the wrong address. Amart, please use better courier services. Update: Still haven't received my goods 4 days later when I rebooked a delivery immediately. No one at their customer service can tell me when they will redeliver my two items. They said they may only service my area once a week maybe. It's MIA for now. The worst experience i have ever had with a courier service.
Finally received it 11 Days after my order from Ebay - not good i am only an hour away. Oh Gosh where do I start so far 7 Days from Casula to Wollongong, I am sure the job is to deliver goods from A to B. Don't use them really slow and hold items for days in their depot!

My 10kg package was not delivered in October because of a breakdown in their delivery chain from Sydney to Wollongong. No communication, ages to get a number( answering service) they did not deliver despite several calls prior to me taking a vacation. Back from vacation, they have no idea where my parcel is haven’t called back as promised. Serious communication issues with this (dis) organisation
Prompt and Efficient delivery. Tracking is excellent. I've had four different deliveries from MyDeal arrive on the day I was advised my parcel was out for delivery. Very Happy with the delivery service Hunter Express provided. Many thanks to the driver and support team from a very happy customer.
Second time I've had items despatched where supplier uses Hunter Express, second time it has been misdirected, goes from Melbourne, to Taree, to Sydney back to Melbourne and then no one to help locate it, paid $256.00 for freight for no service and item should have been at my place withing 4 days, it's now going on 2 weeks and it's still sitting in Melbourne and I'm on the Mid North Coast of NSW!!!
Would not trust this shipping company even with a free item, ordered a $1500 ebike and an E-scooter. This company lost the $450 scooter and are impossible to contact,they do not return calls. The seller will eventually refund with insurance however we have been chasing this up for 3 weeks now with this courier and being so close to Christmas a new one will not arrive in time and will have a very sad child on Xmas day. Extremely poor customer service!!!
Without question the worst curier company in Australia ... They send messages advising there was no one there to receive the delivery to when 12 hours of CCTV footage between 6am and 6pm clearly shows noone from Hunter Express was anywhere near the front door and there were people on site all day. This is not a one off this is their standard operating procedure to charge people redelivery fees or keep the goods themselves and claim they were stolen.
No service at all, don't know the meaning of the existence of this courier company, so I will use this courier company merchants will be my bad reviews!
