1 star: for Bad – unacceptable experience I would not necessarily say "unreasonable and rude conduct." But the customer service facility is exceptionally poor. There is nothing worse than waiting 45 minutes for someone to answer the call and all that time their is a recorded message saying the consignment can be checked on the website. THE WHOLE REASON I MAKE A CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BECAUSE I HAVE READ THE WEBSITE SO I DONT NEED TO BE TOLD THAT ALL DURING THAT WAIT PERIOD. I am not alone with this view. The visibility of tracking is at most time appalling especially for my interstate shipments. There are al local deliveries in Sydney metro area that can sometimes take 3 days. Extremely frustrating. I consider my business of around $1500 per month to warrant a better service experience than I am currently getting.
Most of the time excellent and timely service. On odd occasion this may not be the case but understandable with Sydney traffic.

Broken in Transit... hesitant to send fragile or high value goods due to rough handling and broken in transit issues.
Easy to communicate with and consistently reliable performance.
When you have difficulty with an order you should always contact us. This does not happen.
Too many breakages
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. SALES TEAM ARE UNCONTACTABLE AND DO NOT RETURN CALLS. SHIPMENTS ARE RARELY PICKED UP ON THE DAY THEY ARE BOOKED AND TAKE FAR LONGER THAN PROMISED TO BE DELIVERED.
Hunter Express have gone downhill in customer service. It is so difficult to get a credit when incorrect charges have been made.We have just been charged seasonal rates out of the blue for the last two months without an explanation as to why. They are now charging us waiting time for deliveries we have always made that did not incur this charge, Our products have been damaged on too many occasions and they seem to care more for the monetary side the the service. I had one of the customer service tell me off because I queries a price to a particular postcode
TERRIBLE SERVICES! broken parcels, missing parcels, and some parcels turns up after one months. no one answer phone-calls, or hang up straight away, would never use again by our company!!!

Take more time in reading instructions / requests from the shipper when posted.
good service, but sometimes it takes longer the goods to be delivered as it is mentioned. We got used to this minor hiccup and send goods out a day prior...
I sat at home for 2 days waiting for a delivery that never came! I rung and spoke to a Jeremy after the first day and was advised that he would follow it up. I never received a phone call however when I checked the tracking it was out for delivery again. At 2:47pm the tracking was updated to ‘returned to depot’. I rung again and spoke to Jeremy who advised me that the driver was inundated and would not be able to deliver again. At this point I was furious and asked to speak to a manger but he said no one was available, mind you he didn’t even ask!! I then proceeded to call the Melbourne depot where I spoke to Jenny. She was lovely and followed up with the driver who then advised that he would deliver it that evening. This did not happen! It is Good Friday today and after 2 days of waiting for a delivery which never came I am livid. How can a company employee drivers who can’t do their job? It is unfair on the customer to be expected to wait around for not only one day but several and then have their order sent back to the depot. It is not my problem that your drivers have taken on too many deliveries and when it states they your order is ‘out for delivery’ there is no excuse! Once again I still haven’t received my order and your lack of customer service is appalling.
Should not be in busness this company is not a courier company and would have to be the worst courier company in Australia .WARNING DO NOT USE AVOID
If possible based on my experience over the past two days I would give them a zero. Fail to deliver, fail to advise on delivery, fail to respond to emails sent to customer service then make threats and accusations without ever bothering to check the facts. Apparently assume only one side to every story. Theirs. Might add this is our first experience with Hunter Express. Not a great start. Email admin no response. Not looking promising. Guess it is off to NCAT. Six months to respond that says it all. Hunter and Grangers are lucky that Kogan believed myself and refunded entire amount including freight. Otherwise it would have gone to NCAT. What do now is advise Kogan or any other Courier if they use Hunter/TNT?EGO who all use Grangers I am not interested. So far that has affected A1 Chemicals, Mount Garnett DE and other smaller online businesses. Do not bother responding as I am NOT interested in any more lies or threats from Hunter or the foul mouthed bullies at Grangers
