I wish there was a negative review I could put for the worst customer service I faced with these guys. I ordered thru ebay and as per ebay website it was suppose to be delivered on 9th of may. I called hunters on 9th and they said they don't go as per eBay's delivery schedule and they have their own schedule. She asked me to call back next day after 10.30am to check if I will receive delivery next day or i can book for a pick up which i will have to go in their warehouse and pick my parcel which they were suppose to deliver at my doorstep. Anyways I called next day and spoke to Alina the most rude person I have spoken to with no customer service skills said that she won't give me the address of their warehouse and if my order is ready for pick up in their warehouse then they will call me and said that's the process and if order is not ready then I will have to go on Monday to pick up. They whole experience was pathetic ans she won't listen and make sense. I went to pick up at warehouse after finding address from google and the delivery driver said that they were suppose to deliver today but because I called and asked about my order they put a hold on it so that I can come and pick up and they can save on delivery cost. The guy in warehouse was nice, Co-operative and had good customer service skills. All I can say is anyone who is getting their order from ebay or anywhere and if you see delivery by hunter express then be ready for delays in order or just dont order it.

Although my delivery arrived quicky it was left in a public spot, that was not safe nor secure. The delivery driver never knocked to see if anyone was home (I was) and no one called. It was simply left outside next to the mailbox in a huge apartment complex. Wouldn't recommend using specially if you have valuables being delivered. The company doesn't provide an email so that I can contact them about this.

Consignment took a full month to get from Perth to Adelaide (went via Melbourne) Was requested for delivery by April 10th. Received by Hunter 27th March, finally delivered 27th April. Tracking ETA was "April 10th to 15th" and this still showed on Tracking when it was delivered April 27th. When contacted they promised a reply within 24 hours but took over 100 hours, with 2 more email reminders and then merely said it was "delayed". Tracking did not update for 2 weeks. Announced "on delivery van" the day before it actually came. Driver left the heavy packages in the ATL spot without knocking on the door to see if we were home first. When I challenged this he didn't apologise but said, "Most people aren't home." Irrelevant and unhelpful. The ATL is for if they knock and clearly no-one is home.

To whom it may concern or care? I am appalled at the failed attempt your company didn’t do yesterday. I paid $875.27 to your company to deliver a parcel(s) It was my son’s 14th birthday, and he never got his present(s) there were 3 packages to be delivered. A white van turned up at our house at 12.25pm No one got out of the van to ring the front doorbell to let us you that you were there, although we could see you in clear sight, my wife’s office is next to the front door. My wife works from home, she seen the van, and assumed that someone would get out and ring the doorbell, where our whole family gets LIVE alerts to our phones. I was watching the van on our many home security cameras at work when I got the notification that someone was in our driveway. Our front door camera also showed the white van. The van sat there for a few moments then just took off, then I received a message saying on the tracking app, that a card was left. I can tell you that whoever was in the van didn’t leave a card or attempt to ring the doorbell or even get out of the van. My son was so upset, so are we, his birthday party wasn’t as fun as it was meant to be, and we had organised people to lift the package. Do you understand how inconvenient this has been? Let alone disappointing! I will never purchase a product when I find out that you are the courier for my purchase.

I don't know why furniture companies has to to engage such a lousy delivery organisation to deliver items?? Out of 4 items, they forgot one and left an irresponsible note on the system: "DEL 1 FORGOT AT DEPO OR MIXED IN TRUCK WILL DO TODAY IF FIND OR ELSE NEXT TIME THANKS (23/03/2024 4:30 PM AEDT)" Delivery Instructions Auth to Leave if Safe: ATL, Front Door ( huh? I didn't give those instructions? Who gave you the authority to put your own bloody instructions?) Of which 3 of my items were delivered without me being informed nor my door bell rung? I didn't know until I saw my 3 items abandoned by the plants gathering dust. If these furniture companies are going to hire them, I'll even stop buying from such companies!

Last time i had to call them which is harder enough trying to get a phone number for the local depot, only to find out my stuff was sitting in the warehouse all that time and the lady didnt know why as she said they deliver to that area daily. This time 1 of the 4 items is in the local warehouse the rest has no left yet do i cant even pick it up. The lady didnt even care that this is going to cost me Thousands of dollars and loss of work and even did the pfffffft at the end. NEVER USE THEM.

Absolute nightmare to deal with. Hours of my time spent on a single delivery. Initial delivery timeframe 3-10 business days. Ended up taking weeks. Can see on tracker that the item is in the depot about 3km from my doorstep after 4 business days. First call after 11 business days (week 2) they tell me there’s a backlog. Second call (week 3). They tell me a piece of the delivery is missing. Third and fourth calls (week 4). They tell me missing piece has been located but there is a backlog. Not able to give ETA. Fifth, sixth and seventh calls (week 5) still no ETA but “maybe tomorrow. We can ask the driver to call before they deliver”. Tomorrow comes. No call before 12 noon so wait until 1pm and call again (8th call). No idea if or when the delivery will come but “they will call before they come.” Then receive an email saying that the delivery is “onboard.” Noticed that is says two of three pieces are on board. Call them for the tenth time to say that I’ve received an email that says only two of the three parts of my delivery are “onboard.” Get told that “I’m getting ahead of myself” when I ask if the full three parts will be delivered today. Arrive home at 5.30pm in the pouring rain to find part of my delivery on the front porch on the main road. No call received, no explanation, nothing. I would estimate that 5-6 hours of my time was wasted on hold and talking to the call centre, talking to the sender, emailing the call centre and the sender. I paid around $100 in delivery fees for the privilege to waste my time trying to get this delivery in full. Surely there is a better delivery company.

They were supposed to collect my package (gas lift double bed) which was faulty and I raised a request a month ago for its return. They kept delaying it for several weeks and advised me to call them daily to confirm if someone had been allocated to pick it up or not. They scheduled the pick up 3 times but no one turned up and we kept waiting the whole day every time. The package was finally picked up yesterday (6th March) after calling them hundreds of times for over a month. This is the most pathetic courier company I've ever seen in my life!!! Their customer service staff seem to be completely illiterate, dumb, rude, arrogant and unprofessional!!! They don't have any email address even!!! I received 2 email addresses for them from the Catch.com.au staff but both of them didn't work. BEWARE OF THEM!!!

If I could rate it negative stars, I would. Avoid using this mob at all cost. Maybe my package will arrive next week. Maybe not. It’s an absolute mystery.

Appauling Customer Service Drivers consistently lie about receiving an 'incorrect address' and therefore not able to deliver even though the address supplied was incorrect. LuxoLiving advertised delivery in 3 to 10 days yet they fake their way through this commitment by saying incorrect address details are supplied. Hunter Express nor LuxoLiving were interested in my complaint and essentially informed me that they'd deliver when they were able to. So I could be waiting days, weeks, months...... I've tried escalating with no result. I get promised callbacks, nobody calls back.

Waited 5 days for a pick up from my Company for an order we needed dispatched urgently and everyday the pickup was scheduled for, the would send an email saying that a driver is not in our area and that they will schedule it for the following day. I ended up cancelling the order and rebooked with another company because how do i know that they will ever have a driver in my area. Plus, its the worst reasoning I have ever heard. If you haven't got a driver in the area, send 1 or don't offer your services to my area. I might have potentially lost a new customers ongoing business because of this debacle. Will never use Hunters Express again after this horrid experience.

I paid $36 in shipping fees and was told to expect the delivery on 8-9 Feb, heard nothing from them until 8pm on Feb 9th, where they emailed me and said my parcel was delayed until the 14th. I had a random phone number incessantly calling me while I was at work today, so I answered. It was a courier who was outside my old address (my fault) with my delivery. I informed him I had mistakenly put my old address and he said no problem, call the Hunter Express hotline and they can reroute the delivery and I’ll drop it off tomorrow. So I called, the sour old woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude, sounded miserable and told me that I need to contact the seller and ask them to call Hunter Express to reroute the delivery. How stupid! So I contacted the seller and guess what? They told me to call Hunter Express!!! I hadn’t even heard of Hunter Express before now but if I’d known and read some of the reviews I would not have purchased from someone who uses this company, their couriers don’t know what’s going on and customer service is awful!

If I could give minus 5 stars, this would show my anger at this company. My order from the floor guys has been sitting in their depot for 8 days and the excuse is that they only or possibly only deliver in our area once a week, and they can have an extra 3 day window of their estimated date of delivery so I am "over reacting" the customer service member hung up on me and I called 3 times on this order, to be told that I should take it up with the shop I purchased the item and they can ask on my behalf...well what I complete waste of time that was as they had a story they would - the following was a text conversation from the Floor guys to say they were told the delivery would be today, to only see its not on the road at all. After this rang Hunter again who preceded to yell at me that the Floor guys did not call and I am making trouble and I was lying - again they hung up quite bluntly. As I am regional I understand that I might have to wait for a delivery but if the expected date is the 5th to 8th of this month and today is the 8th and I ask where it is, with an excuse they can have 3 more business days to deliver it, then they "escalate" the service - then why not add the 3 days extra in the estimated delivery dates! Using here say is completely incompetent. On this I wont use purchase from any company that uses this delivery service. I dont want this drama again. Still waiting on my delivery! DO NOT USE! Hope they go insolvent

Firstly - don't blame the staff, I think they are just as much a victim of very bad processes and bad resource management - that's on their management. This resulted in a litany of failures including - 1) driving all the way to my Australia Parcel Collect address - realising they couldn't deliver it - so taking a picture of the post office and marked it as "sorry you weren't there" - and carded the delivery. I mean, if you know you cant deliver to Parcel Collect - why not call and ask for an alternative address - instead of driving ALL THE WAY OUT THERE, to take a photo of the Post Office!?!? - 2)Oh sorry, Staff are on annual leave so we can't redeliver for a week. 3)Your driver is an hour away (automated email), 4 hours later, oh sorry we ran out of time so we have to go back to our depot (whilst I watch my delivery circling around my suburb for the whole day). 4) Our website has crashed so we can't tell you anything. I lost countless frustrating hours trying to get updates. If you get a successful on-time delivery from this company, consider buying a lottery ticket because you will win something, or happily walk out in a thunderstorm because you wont get hit by lightning / go for a swim in the ocean because you wont get eaten by a shark.

Very poor delivery service. First driver dropped off wrong order, ran off and drove off I was trying to question what had been delivered. Then I looked at sticker and rang the correct customer - who said she would send him back - then he ran down separated the package - ignored me when I asked a question and pointed out his error. Then entail saying I had signed for delivery which was untrue - this was a fake signature and showed the driver was cutting corners. Service from this driver needs to improve - be more careful and not lie. Overall terrible service.

My parcel comes in 3 quantities. And take almost 2 weeks to deliver the 2 parcels and almost 3 weeks i havent receive the last parcel and it still in their depot for 4 days until now. Even the customer service are not good.they will just create tickets and no actiong happens

Appalling service - I purchased a weight bench on the 26th December, that item was shipped on the 29th Dec with a sms advising tracking details and a link to Hunter Express app. Details from app show my item left Melbourne on 2nd Jan, then on the 3rd Jan, was in Sydney, then on the 8th Jan was in Canberra for some reason and up until today which is the 24th Jan has now been misdirected to - Canberra. Not sure how it can be misdirected when according to the app, my item has been in Canberra since the 8th Jan. The person who I spoke to on the phone said the item wasn't in Canberra but was actually in Sydney and got sent to Canberra - hence misplaced and they cannot give me a date of when it is likely to be delivered. From a previous phone call to Hunter Express to get an update or any update I was also told there was a shortage of drivers. If I could have given zero stars as a review - then I would have.

The worst courier I've ever used. I arranged for a collection at my property, flying interstate specifically for this. Despite assurances from Hunter Express on multiple occasions, their driver failed to show up for four consecutive days. They can't even tell you whether it's going to be picked up until the driver plans their route (until 12), so you wait all morning just to find out whether they're even going to collect your parcel, and even when they say they're collecting it they don't bother turning up (for four days in a row until I eventually gave up). This lack of service forced me to hire a van, pay for self-storage, and plan another trip to resolve the situation. The entire ordeal was highly stressful, inconvenient, and costly. Extremely disappointing service.
