The shittest freight company to send parcel or package. The tracking information is useless and when call they aren't any help. They cant even tell you where the parcel is at. So its expected delivery of my electric scooter was suppose to be this week 29th November. According to tracking it was sent on 19th. Train to Melbourne to Perth should of taken only 3 days max. So should had updated scan by now. To know where its location is. All i see is left Melbourne last week. And on tracking says indepot. Wtf Tracking information is shit. I dont even know status of my order. Dont ever buy something if seller is going use Hunter Express. Expect problems/missing items/no one help u. When u call Perth the customer support are useless

Unlike others, I had a positive experience with Hunter Express. Delivery was on time (despite holding the cargo for scanning for a few days). The communication was good and the delivery driver was courteous. I am happy with the service

If you’re thinking of ordering online, make sure the seller doesn’t use this service, or you’ll likely regret it! I ordered two items and only received one. The tracking showed the second item was sitting in their depot, so I tried arranging a pick-up. Their response? “Wait till we contact you.” Really? After days of back-and-forth and wasted time on the phone, they scanned the item, but I still had no pick-up time, no location—nothing. The item was scanned again today, and guess what? I’m still waiting.The level of incompetence is shocking. Communication is nonexistent, and they clearly don’t care about their customers’ time or satisfaction. Save yourself the nightmare and don’t even think about using this service.

THE WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER.. Do not get anything sent or pay for anything to be delivered by this fruadulent business HUNTER EXPRESS. They dont have a contact number. Goods sit in a depot for weeks. Goods get shifted around from depot to depot but never actually delivered. Goods get shifted from courier company to courier company..AN ABSOLUTE JOKE..

Horrible company. No one gets back to you, tracking shows item is sitting in warehouse for multiple days with no updates. Expected delivery dates don’t get updated and out of the blue possibly after a week of expected delivery you are lucky enough to have your item RANDOMLY DELIVERED. I ordered of Temple and Webster and found these guys use Hunter express so disappointed but I love T&W’s products.

Horrible delivery company! I don't usually like to write this kind of review and always give companies the benefit of the doubt, stuff happens, but this company has not once, not twice, but 3 times stuffed up a delivery. The 3rd time, they actually couldn't even tell me where my item was! No scans for over a week, and all I get told is, "We have till such and such a date to deliver" Tracking is horrible, and it's not my local delivery agent! They are wonderful as they are just a 3rd party to Hunter Express. It's the major cities that are causing the issues. My engine was picked up from the supplier in Melbourne and scanned as collected at 3:59 pm. Online still saying they haven't received the goods so they can't give me an eta. I waited 5 days and still nothing, hoping it was just missed when scanned onto a truck. Then on the 6th day, it gets scanned out of Melbourne to Brisbane. Brisbane is where it has sat for the last 2 weeks. I'm in regional Qld, usually 1-2 days from Brisbane max. No one wants to help, just passes the buck, meanwhile, I have a customer waiting on this parcel so we can finish his job. Today, it gets scanned out of Brisbane. Absolutely ridiculous, and I will ask every supplier I ever use if they use hunter and if they say they do and have no one else, Ill buy from somewhere else.

One star is definitely more than what this 'business' deserves.. (I use the word business lightly). Back story: I purchased a bed through a company, and Hunter Express was the chosen courier from this company. The initial delivery date was Sunday (20.10.24), I received an email advising the driver was due in one hour and could see on their tracking link his location of the truck. The driver arrived, opened the back of his truck, and then proceeded to shut the door and drive away. My family member followed the truck a few streets over and asked him was there anything wrong with my delivery as it wasn't taken out of the truck. He advised that it was scanned but they were unable to fit it on the truck for delivery, but would deliver the following day, Monday (21.10.24). I also received an email at the end of the day advising unable to deliver and now marked as a priority for next day delivery - coinciding with what the driver had told my family member. The next day delivery never happened. Then I was advised Tuesday delivery (22.10.24), never happened. Then I spoke to admin at Hunter who advised my suburb does not have an everyday delivery option, and now my item will be delivered Wednesday (23.10.24). Once again, to no surprise - no show Wednesday. I checked the tracking link previously provided via email on Wednesday afternoon, to see that delivery was re-booked on their end for Thursday (24.10.24). Thursday morning comes (24.10.24) and I log onto tracking to see if there were any updates on the timeframe of delivery, to see the advised delivery date was removed and no longer happening... I immediately phoned Hunter AGAIN, to request answers on why it was no longer showing my delivery date on their tracking link. The administration staff member was in my opinion dismissive, lacking the required customer service qualities to complete her role to a sub-par standard and she commenced giving me a verbal berating; I interrupted her to question what her name was, she refused to answer me, she just kept repeating “there is no way we would have given you a set date for delivery”, which I then asked for her email to forward on the email from Sunday highlighting my delivery is now priority for Monday delivery. This admin staff member continued to deny the email existed; even with me offering multiple times to forward said email. I assume she knows there has been a mistake on their end, but accountability is clearly not a quality that is of value to her or this business. As a final hoorah, admin staff member decided to advise "now you can wait until tomorrow for your delivery". This comment screams I have no power anywhere else but behind this phone, so I am going to use it (I am picturing a scene off South Park of Cartman whilst I write this review, it is very fitting of her behaviour ‘ReSpeCt mY aUthOrity’). Not entirely sure where she has gained the comfortability to exert the audacity in making unhinged comments with no repercussions whatsoever. My opinion is this seems like an abuse of power by withholding my product from me. I highly doubt Hunter Express cares about their reputation or how they treat customers; given their 1-star rating visible to see on any platform widely available through a google engine search. I would highly recommend AVOIDING Hunter Express at all costs - unless you enjoy feeling like you are in a relationship with your toxic ex-partner; continual let down, continual run arounds, continual misinformation. Sincerely, customer STILL waiting on their product (and assuming it will arrive in shambles now for speaking out).

Absolutely pitiful company, ordered a product August 15, still waiting for it to be delivered, now October 9. Over thirty days late, communication is pathetic, can't complain about the service as there isn't any.

The absolute WORST third-party logistics company you can find! Had a large, expensive delivery delivered. It was just left in the foyer of the large unit block I live in. The driver didn't bother informing me it was there and I didn't give authority to just leave it there. Predictably, it was stolen. The company I bought the item from did the right thing and replaced it...and then Hunter Express did the exact same thing all over again! Don't buy anything that'll be delivered by Hunter Express, and don't use Hunter Express.

The pickup driver of boronia Victoria area is crazily violent. Be aware. How could an foreign Ex criminal be the courier driver. Try to report to hunter express but they donot even have a contact number. Never ever I will use the hunter express to send my parcels.

No communication, no ETA given. When delivery failed, I was at fault (so says the customer service team) as I wasn't quick enough to get to my gate on delivery. Driver did not beep (I live on acreage and unless they beep, I have no clue they are there). No card left to contact for re-delivery. I had to google the contact details for the company to re-arrange - got hung up on twice before I ever got to speak to someone. Third time the lady was disgustingly rude and advised me it was my fault for not advising that they beep at the gate. I always have this in my orders due to living on acreage and the time it takes me to get to the gate, can't see how that was missed from my original order to the supplier booking this company. Will NEVER use them again.

They have no phone number you can call, they have no online customer service chat, they only have an online form to fill in only to realise they will not get back to you. Just impossible to get in touch, a truly disastrous experience, an unprofessional company.

If you're thinking of using Hunter Express as your courier, you might want to reconsider and opt for your local waste disposal service instead. Just head outside, lift the lid of your red bin, and toss your parcel in—it’s likely to have a better chance of reaching its destination than with Hunter Express.

I paid $130 for a delivery within Sydney that was cancelled by Hunters with no explanation and no refund. Criminal.
