I ordered a matress from Bedzy that use Hunter Express for their deliveries. This courier service is the WORST. Bedzy dispatched my order within a day of ordering and they picked it up within 2-3 days. They had my order for over a month. Tried to say they attempted delivery (according to order tracking) when 2 ppl were home most days, big lie. Requested redelivery but again didn't deliver it. I emailed and called several times to find out what was going on, what was the delay, but call centre couldn't tell me why, and they assured me that someone would ring before delivery, but nothing happened. They had the mattress from 24/1/23 and I still hadn't had it on 20/2/23. I had to cancel my order through Bedzy. I even have screen shots of the disastrous delivery tracking. They even had the audacity to get annoyed with me for calling again. I think waiting 4 weeks for delivery in 2023 is ridiculous. Do not use this company!

Where do i start for the start this so called company should be CLOSED DOWN Received half order 2 weeks ago the the courier thold me he will bring other half the next day waited all day didn't receive anything called so called receptionist only to be thold to check with neighbours apparently is being thold its been delivered to wrong address wfk called them back again demanded to speak to they manager again been thold there is No Manager there ask the person there named Tina can someone called me back and tell me what is happening with my delivery again been thold nobody is going to called me back again i called back and ask what is going on i need my order because i paid lots of money they thold me they will look in to it 2 weeks after no calls no emails no messages already contacted Fair Trading .please DO YOUR SELF FAVOUR DO NOT DEAL WITH THOSE CLOWNS will never recommend this so Called company to anyone 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Interstate consignment has been sitting 44km away for a week and their best guess is another few days there before they can finally deliver. Have no confidence whatsoever in this very poorly run business.

I admit after reading some of the earlier reviews i was worried when i found out what company would be delivering my mattress. I couldn't have been more wrong, was a four-day turnaround from NSW to Adelaide and I couldn't be happier.

Received email to say package was coming at 11:30am. Decided to wait at home then go out with the family to the beach for Australia Day. Waited whole day and package did not arrive, whole day ruined. To add salt to the injury I get an email to say the address was unattend when I was home the entire day. Further more no phone number is provided so you can contact this company. Terrible service , would not recommend.

ZERO!!! they are the worse. avoid all brands that use this company. the customer service is useless. SO MANY PROBLEMS i can't even tell

We ordered a NOA Bed and they use Hunter Express. tracking system says delivery due 10th January 2023. it is now the 19th January 2023 and nothing has arrived. No communication or tracking updates are forthcoming from the supplier or the delivery company. Hunter Express do not have humans answering the phone only a recording that tells me to contact the supplier. The supplier says that it takes 24 to 48 hours for Hunter to respond to delivery questions.

Wish I could give a zero!! Ordered an item through Woolworths marketplace. Hunter express were the delivery company tasked to deliver my item. Tracking showed the item was shipped from Melbourne to Adelaide. Item was out for delivery to me on the 30th December, so I stayed home to receive the package, it never arrived!! Their phone service just sends you in loops with no one ever answering and they don’t respond to emails AT ALL!! Now it’s the 10th of January and tracking shows the item has been sent back to Melbourne! Hunter express I hope to god you lose all delivery contracts as your customer service skill are non existent!! Worst ever

Pathetic service from this company. Purchased furniture through Myers, between Myers and Hunter express i don't know which one is the worst. I am disgustingly disappointed at the lack of customer service from Hunter Express. My delivery was meant to be delivered on the 30/12 the latest, it's the 6 and all i get is "there's nothing we can do". So annoyed

Climbing cube order was sent on the 28/11/2022. Finally got notification of delivery on the 16/12/2022. Waiting around at home all day with times constantly changing, then at 4:30 the tracking notification said out of time. On the 19/12/2022 2 out of 8 parts were delivered. On the 20/12/2022 5 parts were delivered. Still waiting on 1 part. My twins won't have their present for Christmas. Customer service is non existent!! Obviously judging from other reviews this company is extremely bad. Just disgusted and will not be buying from anyone who uses this carrier ever again!!!

Awful company. You can't get hold of anyone. They never reply to messages or emails, and the phone number IVR system goes in circles. A delivery that should have taken a week is now a month overdue and is now not expected till next month at the earliest. Avoid Hunter Express at all costs!

I purchased a Christmas present for my Child in November. Unfortunately the business I purchased it from use this completely inept transport company for shipping. They advertise 5 to 7 working days shipping, it has now been 4 weeks and still has not been delivered. They provide zero customer service, avoid all contact from customers by having an automated message directing you back to the place of purchase. The place of purchase keep escalating the issue to Hunter Express with no resolution. Their tracking shows the parcel has been in the Perth Depot for 3 weeks which is only 20 minutes away. They have scanned it into the depot multiple times to verify their incompetence and inability to deliver. Hunter Express have ruined Christmas for my child. I will never again purchase anything from a business that use Hunter Express for delivery. A one star rating is too high for this unprofessional, inept and completely incompetent transport provider.

Do not use them . The worst freight company I have ever dealt with. 3 weeks and still have not collected. The customer service team just hang up on you when trying to sort it out with them. Do not use. Total crap.

Took one business day to get from Melbourne to Sydney, got to their Sydney depot on 5/12, I live 25 minutes from their Sydney depot, it is STILL sitting there. From 5/12, it is now 19/12. The tracking email they sent me had an estimated delivery date of 6/12. Noone bothers to get back to you. No communication, crap delivery times. Just sits in their depot and they don't do anything with it. Worst couriers I have ever dealt with.

Worst experience TWICE with this company & not surprised to see their low rating. I'm an older lady recently out of hospital after life threatening illness. Because of Hunter E I've been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for months as they cant seem to deliver a consignment to Tasmania. Word is they leave packages sitting in shipping containers at Melbourne port for weeks on end until they feel it's full enough to justify the cost of sending to Tasmania. In the first instance I bought a bed frame from Catch. I waited several weeks. When I finally got through to Hunter they had no idea where it was & kept blaming the local courier for losing it even tho there was zero evidence that the parcel had ever left their hands. I had to cancel the order & get a refund. Then I bought same from Ebay coz I checked their couriers - no mention of Hunter E. But they ended up using Hunter E anyway. And of course same thing is happening. Latest update was weeks ago & it said "in transit to Launceston". Nobody in Tassie has seen it. I'm pretty sure in today's world the ocean journey across Bass Strait does not take weeks/months. They wont give you information unless you're the sender & now they've gone further - they have their recorded messages set up so you - as a receiver can NEVER get through to a person. Every button you push takes you to a message that tells you to talk to the seller, no matter what your query is. They do not care about you. I am about to cancel the second attempt to buy a bed base. I dont know how I will ever get one delivered. Still sleeping on the floor. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs whether you are a buyer or a seller who values their branding and reputation. Jacki

Worst logistics company out there the slowest most unhelpful. Bought Ebay item took Hunter Express 14 days Melbourne to Perth...if thats express god help us all...then took anotherr 9 days to travel 5km to be delivered in Perth metro....appalling service..

Bought a bike from Harvey norman to be delivered through these guys. A week later I get online to track my package that has been “delivered” but it isn’t at home, no note has been left or anything. Finally found my package after going on a search for it. Leave a card next time please.

I'm waiting on 5 cartons to be delivered only 3 out of 5 were checked in at Melb 14 or so days ago. Its now 7 business days overdue. I called and after trying many of times I eventually spoke with someone, in the end after no help she hung up on me. I checked the tracking today and there is an update to say that 5/5 have been checked into the Depot in my Perth. Terrible customer service and after reading all the terrible reviews i am not confident i will even receive my items undamaged. I also wont be purchasing from anyone again who uses Hunter Express.

I purchased a Catrina Ceramic dining table on the 20/09/22 and since the first delivery arrived in depot on the 30/09/22, and I was notified forward delivery to my home would 2-4 business days it 40 days for 1 of 2 boxes to arrive in absolutely disgusting condition and tragically wrapped in packing tape where the box was falling apart..after waiting a further 10 days and no delivery of 2nd box I tried to find a contact number…took lots of digging to find a customer service contact number but here the lies began, time after time over 21 days I rang, I emailed, rang and emailed to be told the same lie that one box had been scanned in but the other they couldn’t locate and would look into it…still no table top..I start contacting fantastic furniture to eventually find out that the official excuse was that they lost a 2m long table top. I find out at day 40 the original table top was actually smashed and was returned to supplier. So fantastic furniture re-order and resend a 2nd complete dining table, done on the 20/10/22, to once again go thru the same charade yet again.. So Today after 45 days of waiting and 2 attempted deliveries of a ceramic table top.. both have now been smashed..the first one was never delivered due to it being smashed and the 2nd one finally arrived today 4/11/22 at 11:30am to my home (only after an email at 7:32am) regarding delivery..I wasn’t home due to Drs appts but the delivery was captured on security footage and my daughter was home at the time, the driver never knocked on the door, and leant the 2m table against the wall and took a picture and practically ran off in a hurry.. The table top delivered today once we opened it found it was smashed on one corner and all the glass shattered to the floor and a crack is evident across the table which deems it unsafe and unusable. I will be making a complaint to the OMBUDSMAN AND ACCC Abysmal and abhorrent delivery and handling. My reviews will also speak the truth on the unprofessional and incompetent employees where I have been talked over, yelled out and hung up on..and a Business owner who has no accessible way to contact him regarding his useless customer service and delivery service operators

They delivered my item to the wrong address, as evidenced by the photo they sent with the delivery notification. Unfortunately they have no contact phone number listed in their emails or on their website so I couldn't contact them to let them know. Their website said to go back to the supplier which I did and now the supplier is getting the run around and I still don't have my item. Worst delivery experience I've ever had and no fault of the supplier. Geez guys, pick up your game.
