Our Online Scooter company is an extreamly satisfied customer of Hunter Express. We can't praise them enough as they consistently go above and beyond. We use both their 3PL and freight services. The transition to their 3PL was simple and professional. All round happy customer and our customers are happy as well.
Customer Service extremely bad they won’t answer their phones. Continuing losing our stock. 8 boxes got damaged in warehouse but they only returned half our products. WHERE IS THE OTHER HALF. Victorian State Manager needs to learn how to give customer service Worst Company ever.
excellent service well done
The Sales rep was fantastic, spent months getting our business. In the first few weeks of using the service it was okay but then an item was smashed. I called to see if Hunters would accept responsibility and they washed their hands of it. Was only a small value item but the value was not the issue it was the treatment I received. Then the big drama to receive a refund etc. The sales rep suggested paying me from his own pocket but I declined as it's not his place. That's it in short there is more to it and I am still waiting on a refund and my account to be closed.
TOO MUCH CHARGES
We have always had very good service and great freight rates on our pallets with Hunter Express
Delivery from Melbourne to Perth - 3 weeks and still not delivered Waiting on hold to customer service for 45 minutes plus EVERY time freight lost - 5 metre pack of pipe - how on earth do you lose that send wrong trucks to do the pickup truck doesn't turn up for pickup service absolutely woeful

Customer service was awful and when items went missing there was nobody that could follow up or indeed get answers to its whereabouts. Have moved to Direct Freight and will not look back because they are great.

When they damage or lose a delievery they couldnt careless. No im not wasting anymore time sending in trackign#'s. You only replied like this on the review to look good. Complete opposite to when you call up looking for a parcel or to make a claim.
Happy with the service
We find Hunter Express a "necessary evil". They are not responsive and often make mistakes with our cargo, or they pass on to local subcontractors interstate which delays delivery ( in some cases held in depot until someone calls to complain) Unfortunately, I do not get a good level of service but I need to use them due to our low quantity of deliveries. Our business suffers as a result with reputation and costs involved (time and effort to locate packages)
We had a long relationship with Hunter Express. The guy who collected from us was amazing! BUT when things went missing, it was almost IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone at the office. After the 7th time of misplaced deliveries, we left them. One urgent delivery prior to Christmas last year, (which never arrived at it's destination) turned up at our place (returned) 3 months later, a lot worse for wear. We have moved on.
A little more room for improvement...Most of the times the order sits in the depot for 6 days before being delivered, a few damage cases.
