If you're looking for a good delivery service, look elsewhere. These guys are the most unprofessional company I've had the misfortune to deal with. Not only very unhelpful over the phone, but rude to go with it. Trying to get some customer service from these guys is like waiting to ride a unicorn.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I have NEVER known a company more incompetant than this one. They tried to deliver THREE times and couldn't find the commercial address- keep in mind we have 317 units and I get over 15 couriers a day! I called them FOUR times and each time they said they would try again. They PROMISED to get the driver to call me if lost again. THEY DIDNT CALL. THEY JUST TOOK IT BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE AGAIN. Then the best bit of the story is i tried to call them, Nikki answered i explained the situation and asked to speak to a supervisor SHE SAID NO AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME. BE WARNED
Got to be the worst courier company in Australia, a week late and contacted them and was told I would have to wait, my consignment still not processed and no eta. Staff rude and arrogant. Meanwhile still waiting! Needed item a week ago when delivery was promised! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
staff hang up on you very rude little rags hunter and their ego offshoot bunch of crooks and i hate their accounts team makes you hate them more . dont deserve even one star they too lazy to contact seller to fix payment ,they dont respond to seller so they basically saying they stole my bike .my bike is rare i ever see it for sale god help you .
I would give this courier a 0 if I could. Really poor customer service. I haven't received my order and despite being well overdue the ladies on the support line are rude and unhelpful. One lady hung up on me today when I expressed how concerned I was that my delivery still hadn't come. This is an essential item when I ordered it the company displayed on there website that I would have it within 6 working days. It's now been a month and this is because 'there are no drivers in my area' - This is a central area of Melbourne about 10 minutes away from the city. I honestly think companies need to avoid using this service as it will only lead to requests for refunds and severely unhappy customers. This courier would be a liability for your company. At this point I am wanting a refund as I have no confidence that my order will even turn up.
8 days from Melbourne to Tassie and still counting. The customer (dis)service (dis)informs that there was a delay but I truly believe that a dead body would've washed ashore 11+ days from Melbourne to NW Tassie FOR FREE! Their Tracking Site informs(?) that the parcel is in Devonport since the 25th of February! Not happy and the worst part is that you can not pick the courier company at the time of purchase, and/or by experience all couriers are this bad in Tassie???
There is nothing express about Hunter Express at all. Definately would not recommend this company at all. Absolutely useless and the customer service staff are a disgrace. An item was supposed to be delivered a week ago. Called with no ETA for delivery then the next day was scanned as on board for delivery. within an hour was returned to the depot undelivered. Called again to find out why it wasn't delivered to be told it will be delivered tomorrow. The next day was still not delivered. Called again with no ETA it may be delivered next week. WHY SHOULD I PAY OVER $200 COURIER FEE FOR SOMETHING THAT CANT BE DELIVERED WITHIN A WEEK OF THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAME and with no help from the company I will be processing a chargeback on the payment.
This is essentially a failed company. My consignment was partially delivered after 7 days, but the remaining part is a month overdue. Speaking to Hunter Express they have zero sense of urgency, and just make excuses. They have clearly lost the item but won't admit it, and just tell me to wait while they "check" their warehouse. Avoid at all costs.
Picked up Bedhead on the 3/12/2021 in Brisbane arrived in Melbourne on the 9/12/2021 then sat around till I put up a review. Was told it was sent to wrong depot on or around the 18/12/2021 and would take 3 to 4 days to reach me in Hobart. Xmas went and still tracking showed no update so rang Road Runners in Hobart 7/1/22 only to be told they had around 10 packages from Amart all with numerous different addresses on so they sent all them back to Amart. Understanding how freight companies out-source work each would label the boxes themselves hence why mistakes happen but to date Amart have not received my Bedhead back in Brisbane as yet. Can't call them and they don't answer back via email and Amart waiting to get a reply from Hunter Express to the whereabouts my Bedhead is. I can only hope and pray it turns up one day as I own it not Hunter Express.
I ordered a product it was collected on 4th of January from purchaser in Melbourne. It is now the 17th and tracking shows it hasn't left thier melbourne depot. It has to come to WA I have tried email, phone also went back to purchaser they to are waiting for a responces. I need this item very soon or there will be no point in getting it. Can anyone help.
I bought a product from Buyerwish for my husband for Xmas. Ordered and paid on 8 Dec 2021 and was told it would be 5-7 working days. It is now the 12th Jan 2022 and I am still waiting! I have followed the tracking number and my parcel has been in the Perth depot for 8 days now and still no word on when it will be delivered. I'm getting no assistance from Buyerwish who tell me to please just be patient and the delivery will be coming. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to choose the courier company but based on this experience, I will be checking in future and not buying from anyone who uses them. I can't even call Hunter Express directly.... now very worried about trying to get a refund successfully.
WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER- Absolutely unable to make deliveries. First delivery they didn't even come to the door/mail boxes, simply took a photo of the stairs and marked as "left note". Have been trying to organize redelivery and the only thing the customer service rep can do is request it and get me to call at 10:30 the next day to see if its been put on a truck. If it hasn't there is nothing they can do because at that time the trucks have already left the warehouse. I have called every day for 3 days now and this is the response ever day. I have requested a refund from bunnings as I made this order well before Christmas and now it is just comical. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is by far the worst courier company I have ever come across, the tracking information is of no value and does not provide an accurate location of your product. Tried phoning customer service which is a bunch of automated messages telling you to call the shipper, you call the shipper and they cannot help as the responsibility is with the courier company once goods have been dispatched. Absolutely useless!!!!!!! I have no idea where my order is, have lodged several online enquires via an app but have received no response or update.
I've had two deliveries from this company and no complaints. Last order, a generator, was ordered on the 1st December and delivered 10th December. Good communication etc. Maybe I've been lucky but more than happy with the service provided.
This company is dodgy! I watched the tracking today of a larger parcel, at 1118 I received 4 quick calls from the driver with no message left, at the same time the tracking indicated 'card left'. I was at home the whole time, the door bell was not rang, checking all likely spots for a card, there wasn't one left. I checked the CCTV and no one had came to the property or been to the letter box and front door. Numerous times I have tried to call back to to the driver and sent follow on txts with no response. This crew do this deliberately to force the sender, particularly on larger items, to pay storage fees at their facility while the receiver is picking it up. But with no cards left, this can drag on for a little while! This company has no customer service on weekends, I would highly recommend not using this company. I have also sent all details to fare trading for follow up.
Please DO NOT USE this company. Said they attempted delivery 5 times and left calling cards. We’re instructed to leave item under patio if no one home, so why did they not do that in the five times her were supposed to be hear. They outright lied when contacted as myself or husband had been home. Eventually after 8 days we received our item. Very very dissatisfied
ABSOLUTE BS USELESS SCAMMERS. UTTERLY PATHETIC I am still waiting for 2nd part of a delivery ordered on 10th Sept. Call these crooks and the phone choices go around in circles. There is no option to select speaking to a person. Go to their webpage and there is no real information about these people. I HAVE ALREADY LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH FAIR TRADING. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDS NOR ANY COMPANY THAT USES THEM FOR DELIVERY. There really should be a minus 5 rating for mobs like this.
To any companies using this company they do not listen to instructions. Do you want your reputation to be the same as this company as that is what happens when you hire them to represent you. Do you want people to avoid you because you use this company (i now check and any place using these guys I won't touch), if so then go ahead hire them for deliveries, your loss not mine! PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered via mydeal.com.au a bed frame and mattress. So I understand covid is happening but that is no excuse for poor service. So my boyfriend was at the new apartment and heard the bell ring he went out to check and a package was left out. No calls or messages to ensure we were home nothing. And this aparenly was only 1 the bedhead the rest came much later. I tried calling but spent most of the day on hold for hours untill it cut out. I tried the Facebook page and got to talk to someone however they blocked me. I spoke to mydeals who say to contact the delivery company and it appeared to go back and forth. Online it said it was delivered. As this was taking so long I ordered a sofabed as a backup from fantastic furniture but again it's with these guys with the same timeframes. I asked for that to be cancelled and they asked me to call the delivery company so I explained why I wouldn't. I was told someone spoke to them and cancelled the order. So it was bought here and left. My boyfirend tried to tell the delivery person this and they yelled at him saying they were parked on the road had other deliveries. This was a night of anxiety as we had to keep it outside and wrap it in a tarpolen untill I was chasing fantastic funiture the next day. This was a terrible experience and I will from now on not use businesses who have hunter express as the delivery company.
This has got to be the most useless delivery company I have ever come across. The only update on tracking is "on-fowarded", and there's no way to reach the company when there's an issue. They've lost half of my order, scratched the half that i did receive and instead of trying to resolve the missing part, have told me they never received it (regardless of the fact that there's two items in the order, and both say "on-forwarded").
I received one out of two parcels ordered. Had to phone four times to try and track and receive an eta. After repeatativly recieving no outcome and rude customer service, I was told they had no idea and as it had been so long I should contact the supplier and ask them to send out the product again. No apologies or accountability taken there end. If you are a business on the end of a supply chain, I would avoid hunter express at all cost, not a good look for your company.
