I would have chosen a NO star rating, but couldn't!! The WORST company l have had experience with in yrs!!! HALF of my Item was marked as out for delivery on the 23 Jan, when it didn't arrive by the 27th Jan, l chased it up & was met with the RUDEST customer service on the phone ever!!!!..... They have NO IDEA where my item is & simply hung up on me when l tried to get information!!!
It couldve been good, they delivered the other 2 items on time and now i have 1 item left with them and that they said its been delayed cause its in another transit!! Now the item arrived in their store here in brisbane and theyve been holding it for 2 days, promising me that it will be delivered on wednesday, but it wasnt even delivered until thursday, and now theyre telling me that they will do it on friday, this is so crap experience and worst!!!! They dont know how much of a hassle this is!!
well this is the most shocking transport company i have ever dealt with i have 2 parcel consignment number QQ836613 WHICH ARRIVED VIA SYDNEY INTO THE CANNING VALE BRANCH WESTERN AUSTRALIA last wednesday 13 jan at 1640 pm it is now monday morning no parcels heres their excuse ohwell we have a heavy work load and oh we only deliver your area on a wednesday wow that a poorservice its not as we are in the country we are about 15 min to 20 min away from depot any other company would had had the goods delivered i strongly advising all not to use this company i will be letting alot of other customer know
I ordered a bed bundle from an online retailer, and they used Hunter Express to ship it to me. They provided a tracking number, and (based on the info on Hunter Expresses site) Hunter Express took 2 weeks to ship it around and then lose it at one of their depots. No answers, and no explanations. Would never use them for anything again.
Poor Service or non.if called just plays a recording. waiting for the good to arrived. will not buy any one using Hunter Express. i have wasted my time waiting till the items arrived.
I would give minus five stars if that was an option. Merchant doesn't list their couriers, I wish I'd known before ordering. I will never again buy from any company using Hunter Freight.

Bad enough 13 days delivery when you pay $350, then they offer only 3 days per week for delivery between 10am and 2pm, and then they don't deliver. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL .. just recorded messages, no real person to talk to, sender can't tell me, item was scanned last 11 days ago, and that's all I can find out. Absolutely USELESS COURIER. MAKE SURE YOUR SENDER DOES NOT USE THEM
Does anyone know how to get in contact with them? As with everyone else on this thread none of their customer service phone numbers reach people and I cannot find an email. I recieved a notification my delivery was carded but no card was left so how do I get my item? I ordered a few pieces of furniture through Kogan and they are all coming via hunter express but how do I get in touch with anyone to check where the items are???
I ordered a portable air conditioner from Mydeal, and, without any input from me, they used Hunter Express for the delivery. It’s been nearly two weeks now, and the tracking information simply says “an unexpected event occurred” and that my item is held in a depot. The worst and most frustrating part is that this company has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no email address, just a fax number (it’s 2020, people) and a phone number. When you call the phone number, you get a series of automated responses. There is no option to speak to anyone. The best part is that one of their automated tips told me I must contact the seller; however, the seller told me to contact the courier. So, this is basically a vicious cycle. My next option will be a fraud claim with my credit card company, because both Mydeal and Hunter Express have literally no customer service. Only in Australia where e-commerce is years behind...
I was really anxious when I realised the store I purchased from uses a courier to deliver, As I have always had issues with courier delivery services eg couriers please,toll etc. But this was an easy process they tried to deliver on Friday, I was not home, they emailed me and notified me to arrange another time, I called on Monday and spoke to a real person(A lovely one at that) and organised a redelivery for the next Day, Tuesday.. Today is Tuesday, the courier carried a 29kg mattress up two flights of stairs, knocked on my door and handed over my item...That's how it should be done..Very impressed with this service. I would definitely recommend Hunter Express
Poor handling of goods under their care. We had a business account with them. Recorded untold number of damages, loss of good and the worst part of it, they will not provide any insurance. Never recommended. We made a silly mistake using their service. Very Poor, very unprofessional . What a sad experience
I am still waiting on my package, was home all day and they said they attempted delivery which is not true. It also says I have been carded but I have not received a calling card, not able to get through to customer service to see what’s going on or organise a pickup/redelivery. This is extremely stressful and not great customer service at all. Tracking #YY824654
This would have to be the most frustrating place to deal with. I can't even get through to them to discuss a delivery that is marked delivered on the website, but hasn't been delivered! How do you actually get to speak to someone on the phone, you just keep getting recorded messages?
The worst courier / shipping company in Australia. Avoid like the plague. They also operate under the name E-Go - which is their service that doesn't allow you to speak to anyone by phone, only by email which is often automated garbage. Zero customer service. In my case, they cancelled a booking without my authority, then they sent a driver 3 days later to collect but the driver didn't enter the building, instead the driver marked the job 'futile' and drove off without collecting the parcel. The automated email response I got was I have to pay $44 more to get them to come back. I haven't done this as I know it's a scam and they'll keep doing the same thing until I give up. This is a game they play to force you out of your money and then eventually cut your losses and go with a more reputable courier. Spend a little more and go with someone good like Sendle etc
Absolutely horrendous. Had an engine on a pallet I had to ship. I ordered a pallet lift and an extra person as I had a car accident the week before and fractured my sternum. First guy to come for pick up , came extremely late and then left it there, didn’t knock. Next driver I Ended up trying to help the lazy, unprofessional driver, who proceeded to drop my pallet mid way of us moving it to his truck, and drove off. I still offered to lift even though they charge you a fair bit more for a pallet lift and/or extra person. Never again! Avoid like the plague!
Time frame given 9-5, turn up at 452 Would have been fine if I could get an update so that I didn’t organise for my child to be dropped off and picked up from school. So inconvenient and careless about customers - guy who picked up was rude and not helpful
This would have to be the worst courier company that i have ever used. I would have been better to use Australia Post, and that is saying something. It took them 4 days to collect the parcel that they were supposed to deliver. Now they cannot even tell me where it is. What is the point of having a track and trace option if this doesn't tell you anything!!!
This is one of the 2 WORST couriers in NSW. Literally thousands of complaints through other review sites. They have closed thier own Facebook page to comments because ALL they got was mass complaints that that they don't want you to see. Thier rare positive reviews are obviously posted by themselves. My dealings with them? 3 weeks to deliver a promised 2 day item. NO way to track items, no way to contact them, and if you CAN they are rude, zero cooperation or info and LIE straight to you. Driver rude and agressive and lazy tried to demand I walk 100 metres to his truck and unload it MYSELF.
Hunter express driver did a knock and run when 3 people home. Had no more than 30 seconds to get to the front door then they were gone with just a missed delivery slip. Phone number on slip goes to recording with options that send you into a loop. Days later and item still not delivered. Worst experience given I had no choice when purchasing from online.
