Appalling service, untrustworthy, absolutely incompetent. Do not take the risk! I would strongly recommend not purchasing anything from a company that uses Hunter Express. I am missing part of my order which was due to be delivered a week ago, I have called every day and they promised to call back with an update and never do, they constantly made promises of delivering the next day and yesterday they tell me my parcel is lost! They must recognise my phone number now too because they let my calls ring out and go to voicemail which is full to avoid having to help me. Their sheer incompetence is mind blowing.
Nearly two weeks ago I had an order sent out to me through Hunter Express and all my tracking is showing is 'scanned into depot' over two separate days. Don't bother trying to call them either, called around 15 times over a week which I finally got through and the lady told me my parcel should be with me by the end of the week, it's Thursday afternoon and still nothing. I had never heard of these guys before, and trust me when I say there is no way I will use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Tracking is AD253698.
I cannot believe this. Initially the company I bought items off did not deliver the correct items. They now have sent two packages per the items description and as I have tracked them I find one part or parcel was delivered on July 28. As per instructions I waited for other part to arrive on 29 but it did not happen. On tracking the items, part 1 and 2 I received part 2 but on the tracking information whilst it throughout said 2/2 had been delivered along the way it says only 1/2 was delivered into your depot. The ref number is N10547143. Job No 7524. As a senior journalist I do not wish to write a story about this but it is obvious something is definitely astray. The parcel turned up not long after this was posted. Mmmmm
Most poorly run logistics company Missing a box out of 4 that were meant to be delivered on Saturday . Told Monday it would arrive then Tuesday but it was returned to depot as driver run out of hours then told we’d now am getting told either Thursday or Friday . Can’t even give me a confirmed day. Really need to review the operational managers job and they should take some leave and not use COVID as an excuse and review there bad managing and organisational skills . I Work in logistics and it’s general rule if you miss a window or delivery it is the first thing that is tackled the next day .
The worst transport company ever Won't let you contact them. A parcel leaving Melbourne for Perth on 17th July still hasn't been delivered after 2 weeks I could have bought it in a wheel barrow in that time and No it's not the Covid19 virus Customer interaction is totally void they refuse to talk to any one I Definitely dont recommend this Company Now they're asking me to provide a tracking no They don't even know there's no one you can contact to tell them I'll post here anyway VV716380
Package out for delivery Tuesday. Didn't arrive. Package out for delivery Wednesday. Didn't arrive. Called and was told wrong address even though address was correct. Package out for delivery Thursday. Someone else's package delivered and left in the rain. Call and am told he'll be right back to fix issue. Never came back. I delivered it to them (up the road) and checked that my parcel wasn't out in the rain at their house. Parcel out for delivery Friday. 2 out of 3 parts arrive around 5.45pm. Driver has no idea where third part is. Called call centre and was on hold til 5 when the system hung up on me. Monday - call call centre and am told there is nothing they can do. Delivery is still marked as 'out for delivery' so I am to assume it will come today. Couldn't recommend more strongly to avoid these people.
I will avoid purchasing products if their going to be delivered by this courier. Customer service is non-existent. How they stay aflout is a mystery. DON'T USE THEM!
Most ineffectual logistic company in Australia, worse than Australian Post! Goods sitting in depot for 4 days now, only half an hour away from my residence. They dont answer phone calls or emails, totally pointless in this day and age. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd offer a -5, and thats being generous!
Absolutely disgusting way of handling items . I was home at time of delivery. Car clearly our front . Driver threw my items down on the driveway . Boxes were all torn up and some of the items were damaged . Not happy at all. Would like to speak To someone about this . Can’t get through on the phone

My parcel has not been delivered, despite the status update. I checked the tracking page regularly since I received the consignment code on July 7. On July 14, the status page was updated. It says it was "delivered" on the 10th at 9:15 (it didn't have this status on the 10th, 11th, 12th, or 13th). I was home on the morning of the 10th. It seems really odd the “delivered” status was made 4 days later. So where is the parcel? Has the driver hidden it quite well, it which case the photo the driver took will help me find the parcel. Hi Hunter, Can I please have an update on my delivery. My connote number is : TO046814 My order number from the supplier is #80-O-02129494 It estimated 1-2 days delivery is has now been 6 days.
Still haven’t received the item was scanned in the depot and held multiple times. Was told the day of ETA that they had the wrong address or incomplete, not sure how that’s possible when you order online your address is part of the order otherwise you can’t checkout, I doubt that gets lost from supplier to hunter express. Then was told it would be delivered the next day, called in the morning to find out the time for the delivery estimate to know when to be home, was told the truck is still being loaded to call back in an hour to find out. Called back 2 hours later and the phone just kept ringing without anyone picking up multiple times, then a new update to the tracking showed it is held up again. How hard is it to deliver a package literally 10kms away from the depot. My tracking number is NI127851. Updated just got through and was told the driver already left when I first called so why was I told it was still being loaded up if they already left? Now because I need the item today for business i was told I could pick it up... didn’t know that a delivery company was so bad at their job until now. I am forced to pick up my own delivery? Huh. I bought off catch of day and the supplier was Daily plaza which are no help auto messages, and use hunter express, I would try and find out if your supplier is using hunter express before ordering. Still waiting for a text message to confirm when I can pick it up. I want a partial refund for wasting my time these past couple days and now forced to pick it up because who knows how many more times they will hold it up and mess me around don’t have time for it. Fix your system it’s broken.
These guys do NOT do home delivery so be warned. Ok so bit of a run down : I live in a nice wide urban/metro street in Melbourne. Place is up market and building is middle class (some say fancy) with a loading zone at front door and a lift inside building. These guys will not deliver to me as it is ' company policy" not to deliver to apartment buildings. Every other courier service has no problem. These guys just refused the only rational is that they simply have a business rule that says they will not deliver to an apartment. They want you to come outside on the main street and collect whatever it is from wherever they have parked their truck. To unload and collect yourself. Its DIY. When I called to tell them I am physically unable to unload and carry my heavy item from their driver to my front door their call centre told me that this was too bad and so advised that the item had to go returned to the shop (Kogan.com) for a refund . Call centre lady sounds young and was very savoir faire about my plight . She suggested I perhaps find a friend and give this friend a call to come to my house next time and Hunter express driver can drive down my street again on another day and my friend can go to wherever their driver is on the street and maybe this fictitious friend could unload and walk it to my front door for me on behalf of Hunter Express. Not only is this false advertising on behalf of hunter express ( this is NOT home delivery) but I was left feeling belittled for my frailness. I made to feel ashamed of myself for my inability to physically manage my parcel from their truck to my own front door. As digital disruption increases the online purchase market and the need for courier service I really hope this company just collapses in a saturated market as they are just crap. They may have been getting away with it up to now but times a changing , consumers are demanding more and more of the at home economy and these guys are sub par. note ** Hunter Express own reference number was Tracking No: XV226562 ****** UPDATE ***** 21 July 2020 IT HAPPENED AGAIN !!!!!! I purchased again from another company ( first was Kogan this time it was Matt Blatt not realising they are also owned by Kogan) and unfortunately it was once more outsourced to Hunter Express and once more they tried to dump it on the street !!!! When I called their call centre tried to tell the lady my problem she told me to contact the sender (Kogan) and then just hung up !! So I once more am now complaining to Kogan and writing a poor review for this crowd on a any digital platform I can locate. Probably a letter to Mark Hunter will make me feel validated ( found email address online will try it and see markathunterexpress ) as surely he is not aware of this " dump and run , we do not take it to your door " practice ? I suggest others send one also if they too have issues.

If I could give no stars I would!!! What a joke! Customer service? Where? No email no number to call! What a joke of a business how is this place still making money?? I’ve been waiting for someone to contact me in regards to my package, was out for delivery and got carded .. with no card left behind! Now where is my item??? My tracking number is VV623853 And it’s past 5pm and no one contacted me all day from hunter express what a joke of a company! I’ve been home, there has been no delivery! I’ll be home all day today and tomorrow can this please be out for delivery today

Delivered safe and sound. There were some confusions, as the tracking service could be improved. But it was considerably fast. I have revoked my previous comments as I was just looking for help. The employees responded to my comments almost immediately. Thank you Hunter express.
