Sometime item will be damaged on delivery, it cause us need to send the replacement.But totally is good.

Our regular driver, Frank is exceptional. Most enquiries are handled with ease, but some, the staff find it hard to understand what is needed by their customers. Margaret, Cathy and Chrys go above and beyond and are always helpful

Getting info on non metro pickup or delivery is a nightmare. Most of the time the pickup does not happen. When you call Hunter, after 25 mins of waiting time. they can't give an answer. Send an online inquiry - email gets replied two days later saying that they will look into it... no other replies after that... Have to send another inquiry and so on.. really frustrating and forcing us to look to another courier company. We are still getting charged for "Sesonal" charge. Holidays were 6 months ago.. Great if this can be sorted out. Julie and Cassie from Melbourne branch are great help. Local metro pickup and deliveries - no issues at all. Our area hunter delivery person is also a great person...

Fast reliable service, cost increases over past few years have, seen our company seek alternative transport company.

Pick up on time, metro delivery also good, tracking system is improving. Much better than year ago.

Very disappointed with service. Hunter Express have lost so much of my freight and delivered so much freight very late. I've had instances where freight has taken over a month to arrive. And that is just large cities in country Victoria not some remote location in Qld or WA or NT. I would hate to see any DIFOT reports because they would be very bad. furthermore do much freight arrives damaged regardless of how many fragile labels I put on freight. Hunter need to lift their game or I'll be moving to another company very soon indeed.

fast and reliable, 5 star service

By allowing us to directly integrate with Hunters systems the process of warehousing and track and trace is greatly simplified. The Warehousing staff in particular are extremely co-operative and helpful when needed. Our business relationship has maintained for over a decade and will continue into the foreseeable future.
