I recenty required asistace in activiting HOTSPOT on a second computer. The techs that replied to my concern did so in a prompt, clear fashion. For Hotspot Shield (HSS), was having issues with frequent dropouts and extreme variation in reported peak speeds (from a fraction of a MBPS to 2500+ MBPS). Was also having issues and discussion with our ISP over a new router they had supplied, so was not sure where the problem lay, or if there were multiple problems. After a bit of to and fro with HSS, technical staff found a way to tweak some settings that have resulted in stable expected speeds with no dropouts now for nearly 60 hours (just checked!). So that is one problem solved and I am very happy with the outcome. Thanks to all Help consultants at HSS who contributed along the way. Happy to recommend the product and the always readily-available support provided.
