When they send a receipt there is link for cancelling your subscription but it will never work. After I click that, as if hotspot shield has blocked me, I somehow cannot reach to their website to sign in or whatever. I used my cell phone to get over that obstacle, it gives me sign in errors even though I enter my password right. I hit forgot my password tried to reset it, I receive an email to reset it but again the link would never open neither it is on my phone nor my computer. My only option left is to let the bank to block these shameless disgusting scammers

Got an email from my internet provider saying I've been downloading.. how would they know when I use a VPN? Well! Hotspot Shield doesn't always cover your IPV6; sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't.. I have to go into the Wi-Fi properties and disable the IPV6.. And its funny, when I cancelled my membership is when I got the email from my provider lol I mean $16.99USD for a Canadian comes up to like $23 a month.. Thats half my phone bill.. Ridonkiculous I would pay $9.99 - if its priced because of the features, well - not everyone wants the features. Consider making multiple products for your customers instead of forcing one with options they might not even need.

Been using the Paid Version since 2016 when i moved to Dubai to bypass the VoIP blockade. It works fine most of the time but the annoying part is when it automatically logout my premium account on Firefox after maybe 16-18 hours and my downloads are usually disconnected. For use in China, it's marginal. It works sometimes and sometimes it does not especially while using Chinese Telco mobile data.

i love hotspot shield! its the safest and most presentable looking VPN i have ever encountered. ik that sounds weird but i am a neat person who likes my things to look a certain way and if it does not meet my expectations... delete. it also used to give me unlimited amount of time to use it but now it make me pay :( i don't have money since i am young and don't have a bank account but i need VPN for certain things such as school projects or watching youtube and my dad does not want to pay for things such as VPN becuase it is expensive where we are and i live in a place where i can not use google apps without VPN... please lift the ban i beg of you.
