As a Dashlane user, I also have access to VPN from Hotspot Shield. When this account was created something went wrong! probably because of myself - maybe a check box I did not check. However, the support of Hotspot Shield met my problems promptly! First, I got access to VPN by a temporary account. Then they looked into the issue with relating my account at Dashlane to one at Hotspot Shield. It took a couple of weeks but the solution were "global" helping all users. The whole process was a good example of problem oriented support!
A bit disappointed that different protocols are not available on the android app. The customer support was first class.
I love my Hotspot Shield VPN app and am awaiting news of when the Robo Shield (included with my subscription) will be available for my Android phone. Customer Support advised me to check the ‘Notify’ box in my account to be advised when that happens. Thanks for the tip!
I had an issue with the VPN, and emailed Hotspot Shield for support. The response was very quick, and appropriate. It took a few attempts to resolve the problem, and I was 100% satisfied.
