a couple days ago, I can only connect my vpn to US, and cannot access youtube, after I told the issues to hotspotshield staff, they help me solve the issue by switching the protocol from default mode to ipsec mode. I was having an issue where I wasn’t able to activate hotspot shield in my Mac. I didn’t have time to call and wait in the queue so I emailed the customer service instead.
