The chat service is very good. Shuhaily solved my issue in 10 minutes... the e-mail service on the other hand is crap... I was double billed, this was first solved through the chat as well before but them my service was not working for 4 days... sent multiple e-mails and for 2 days did not receive any answer... I had to take a trial subscription again to cancel my subscription and get a refund as the e-mail service did not provide any solution and again it was solved through the chat in 10 minutes.

I bought a lifetime license, initially it worked fine. The company changed the lifetime license capabilities. They limited data/speed/countries on the lifetime license. If the company breaks their promise to their early customers, they cannot be trust. How can I trust them with my security. They do not even allow me to contact them. ==> Also, I have no problem logging in. It is the deprecated functionality that has rendered the lifetime license useless, downright an nuisance, where I am better off getting rid of it altogether or pay. E.g. limited download speed, cap on daily data, elimination of international servers...
