Problème VPN résolu rapidement
After one year of using hotspot shield I was happy, until last two weeks where I paid by accident 2 times for subscription. I sent a refund request so the take away my premium account but I never get the money back. In the meantime I paid for another premium and I get it for exactly 1 week. Today they turn it off. So they stole from me over 30 pounds and I get one week of a premium service.
I was initially having issues connecting on my Windows 11 Surface Pro X (ARM64) PC. The team is extremely responsive, patience and helped resolved quickly. Highly recommended. A++++++++++++++++++++++

Had an issue with my account telling me I had only basic when I know I enrolled in premium. Contacted customer support and they got back to me within a couple of hours and let me know I was signing on with the wrong account id. Duh. User error. But issue resolved thanks to a very speedy response and I am back in business.
I found linking Hot Shield to my Dashlane account confusing. But the customer support was excellent.
I love this product. I've used other apps like this in the past and they always slowed down my browser. Hotspot shield is fast. I've had some issues with my subscription, but customer service was on top of it both times. My only complaint is that it stays active unless you turn it off, so if you don't and you shut your computer down restarting it leaves the app still on. It isn't that bad, but I can forget that it is on.
I love that the live agent is always available and that they are always quick in helping me.

My internet was super slow using the VPN. Without the VPN, it was 50 mbps, and with the VPN, it was only 1,5 mpbs. I contacted the team and the responds were fast and helpful.
