Helpful Customer Service & Great VPN Even though I had an issue with activating my account correctly they were quick to solve the issue and fixed things for me. I was also surprised that they even emailed me a follow up to make sure that I had seen their response to my issue. As far as the VPN, it's been able to give me high speeds and next to no increase in ping times.
Some places are not available, such as brazil on browsers on the laptop. It's necessary to install the app.

I recently had to reinstall Hotspot Shield onto two laptops both of which would not connect. Everything I tried would not solve the problem so as a Dashlane premium account holder I emailed the support team with the problem who immediately acknowledged the email. Within 24 hours I received a detailed email with full instructions how to solve the problem. I followed their instructions which were very clear and the problem is now solved. It is very rare these days to have a support team that actually support their customers so promptly. I would recommend Dashlane and Hotspot Shield to everyone with the knowledge that you are fully covered if something goes wrong
