Fom start to finish everything went without a hitch All staff turned up on time, were courteous industrious and explained processes well. Work was carried out efficiently and in a neat and tidy fashion. All packing was taken away. I couldn't fault them

We have just had two concrete bases laid and a patio, by Tindy and Ben. They have done a fabulous job. They were always courteous and kept in mind our needs, plus took care of looking out for the rest of the garden while using big machinery. They cleared up superbly after their work too. The end result is exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much.

I was a bit worried about the whole process initially what would happen to my equipment and items from the outhouse and would I have to wait long between removal of the asbestos roof and the roofer coming. However I needn't have worried. Matt turned up on the Friday and cleared the outhouse and on the Monday the men turned up to remove the asbestos roof and shortly after Matt arrived to start the roof. It was finished the next day. Before he left Matt put everything back in the outhouse. It was a lot more painless than I expected! Good job.

The Company informed us, of everything from start to finish. Installers Lee and Jake were professional, answered all our questions, cleaned up everything both days and on completition. We are very pleased with the new veranda and Homesmart as a Company.

Very good level of workmanship - the fitters had to manage inserting a particularly difficult to access window without complaint. Cleaned up nicely after them. Worked completed to a very satisfactory standard. Certificates arrived as email attachments as promised. Good to know we supported local businesses.

The preparatory visit was informative and helpful. The Patio sliding doors are really smooth in operation and give an excellent view of our garden. They also keep out the cold very effectively! Thank you to all concerned!

Fantastic new window installation throughout our bungalow, including two large bay windows. Carried out by Jorden and Steve. Their workmanship was first class, keeping the area clean and tidy as they progressed. We have no hesitation in recommending this company, and will certainly use them again. I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star rating for The Solar Panel installation recently completed. Daniel ensured the wiring was hidden; the electrical work in the airing cupboard and the garage was exemplary. The team were courteous and considerate throughout. And the panels themselves are beautifully placed with anti-pigeon netting around. Fantastic job.

They only use top tradesmen who are very professional, friendly and amiable and helpful, and a pleasure to have working in your house.

Wouldn't do a visit and quote when only one of the couple was at the house so cancelled the appointment. Shame as I wanted windows and to use a local company but so sounds like hard sell tactics to get the order there and then rather than do a quote and wait for other quotes to come in to be compared. Be warned.

All very helpful and friendly couldn’t fault the workmanship

Patio laid in record time and looks nice but the cleanup, after days of drying/hardening, took much scrubbing time to remove the cement on top/edges of slabs. Cement still showing in grouting. There is one slab that should have been laid turned 90 degrees in front of back door and another one 180 degrees for the water to drain after rain. The slab in front of backdoor leaves a puddle after the rain. And the last slab at end path into the garden has a very rusty colour and 2 attempts so far to clean failed. This one should not have been used/laid. Been discussed but its the way it is with natural stone.

The installation was carried out efficiently, professionally and quickly with very little disruption. The windows are high quality and look very good as well.

All very efficient. Fitters were friendly and reliable. There was a problem with done roof tiles broken by the fitter but all deals with without any problem.
