All according to plan, looks good
The installers of my new window were efficient, polite and tidied up well after completion. There was a slight hic-cup in the timing as their earlier job was finished sooner and they had to wait until I arrived at the arranged time. But I would use this company again.

We desperately needed the guttering replaced as it was no longer able to cope with the amount of rain in heavy downpours. HomeSmart impressed us right from the start with their explanation of what was needed, how the job would be undertaken and the fact that we wouldn’t have to wait months for completion. The salesman listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and when we were told the price we were surprised it was so much less than we had anticipated. The surveyor visited a few days later, then we were phoned with a start date and delivery date. We were phoned with the time the fitters were starting, and they arrived on time. They were friendly, accommodating and extremely neat and tidy workers. We have no hesitation in recommending HomeSmart.

The whole thing went to plan from start to finish and all mess cleared up and taken away. New fascia’s look great and very impressed to the point we have now asked them for a quote for new windows and a roof repair.
I received very good customer service and communication from the company from start to finish. The windows are good quality and have been fitted really well and the fitters left no mess at all. I am already seeing the benefit as there is no condensation in the mornings and more warmth remaining in the room. Altogether an excellent job done .

I needed replacement slats for my lounge bay window. Ordered from Homesmart Blinds on Amazon. They came quickly, and are amazing. Great quality, fit, and price. Going to replace all my window blinds now, I am so impressed with the lounge ones. They came with all the weights and chains, and are just beautiful.

Team turned up on time and removed old and installed 3 new velux windows within a day in my roof: came back early next day to finish off. Excellent product, professionally installed who repainted the alcoves and tidied up as they went along.
Keeping in touch and letting us know what is happening.explaining their product well and making useful suggests about the best way to proceed, doing proper surveys eg measurements and best way to tackle the job such as scaffolding for upstairs windows, being honest about costs etc.
I am very happy with my new window. The two men who installed it were polite, efficient and friendly. They did a brilliant job of clearing everything up afterwards and even put my blind back up for me. I will definitely use this company again when I need further work done.
