Just had a 9kW battery installed in my house by HomeSmart. This is to store energy from my solar panels. Very neat installation. Works well. A team of two installed it and an accompanying ac convertor in about 6 hours. Would highly recommend.
I gave this experience 4 stars for the simple that not everything ran smoothly. Out of 5 windows the four upstairs were fitted without any problem. Then to the bay window at the front which was removed completely. The window is fitted on a type of tray Problem was the tray was built to wrong angles. The fitters had to get a new one made as soon as possible so the new window could be fitted that night. Some temporary trim was fitted and the fitters returned a couple of days later and completed the installation. Now complete we are pleased with it
The HomeSmart installers arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They removed the old front door and garage window, and installed the new products, which looked very good. They were very clean and tidy in their workmanship. I would highly recommend HomeSmart.
The windows were installed without any fuss and zero mess. Having previously used the company I can say that the after sales service is excellent. Having a problem with a seal on a new door, it was sorted the following day.

Can not recommend this company more highly. They were efficient right from the first meeting with their sales representative, they quoted a reasonable competitive price. Communication was good a date was fixed, they arrived on time, worked very hard and did a magnificent job. The seal on my double glazed leaded bedroom window had gone, resulting in the usual misting up process. The original window had no opening side windows and was considered a risk in the event of a fire. The replacement window has two side openers and has transformed the whole aspect with much more light entering the room. Also award 5-stars plus to the installers. Very professional, friendly and a pleasure to know.
Home smart installation are excellent to do business with. The organisation was second to none and they did what they said they would to within the timescale. Very efficient team and great customer service.
All in all, we are very pleased with the end result now the job is completed. Wayne & Sandy are top guys and the installation they fitted ( 10 windows and a composite front door with side panels), was completed without fuss in 2.5 days. Very good service from start to finish
Returning customer. Although this was from a cold call that I usually put the phone down on, I was glad to receive it as my patio doors had just started to become a problem. Within the month I now have replacements fitted. Kept in touch every step of the way. Names given at every contact just in case. Installers cleaned up thoroughly inside and out. All from a company who don't advertise as being a double glazing company. They aren't they are better. From start to finish a pleasure dealing with them.

After having my soffets done by Homesmart, I got them to install a solar solution. Basically the quarterbacked the whole installation, calling in scaffolders and solar experts (Send it Solar) and the whole job took 4 days, Day one was the hardware delivery (about an hour), Day two was scaffolding (about 3-4 hours) Day three was the install of panels, battery and inverter commissioned and working (6 hours), and day 4 was scaffolding removal (2 to 2.5 hours.) A really impressive project, seamless and professional and I'm now running my house on solar energy and earning money sending the excess to the national grid. Smooth and painless install, carried out by a professional organisation, harnessing the combined efforts of truly impressive sub contractors.
From start to finish we have had brilliant service and would highly recommend. We had a new composite front door, French doors with blinds in the glass and some cladding to match the front door. The sales rep, Hayden was very polite, punctual and explained everything in detail finding us the perfect solution for our home. The installation team were very experienced and went above and beyond to ensure our doors and cladding were fitted to perfection. The customer service team were fantastic going out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly. The pricing was very good, and great value for money! I would highly recommend HomeSmart to anyone and will definitely use again in the future! We are very please with the finished product!
The particular work to renovate a flat roof was excellent because it was sub-contracted to a very competent third-party. But the company is not very good at responding to correspondence and sending out promised guarantee documentation.
