All staff very keen and conscientious
From the initial contact with HomeSmart everything ran smoothly. the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. on the day of the installation the two persons installing the replacement porch arrived on time, were friendly and professional in their work. The produce is of good quality, they were very tidy and finished it off well.
We recently had four windows installed at the front of the house. Preparations for the installation were all good and efficient. The installers, Lee and Steve, did an excellent job, and they were courteous, clean and tidy. The price was good. Just one small issue - normally 30 days are given to pay an invoice, so I was quite surprised to be called 30 minutes after the installation had been completed, and asked when I would be paying the balance! I would still recommend the company.
I can't recommend HomeSmart enough. Provided great advice at the consultation stage and the team communicated throughout. The installation was arranged quickly and the installers did a brilliant job. Total professionals! Thanks so much, I'll be back next year.
Everything happened as planned & all installation went smoothly from scaffolding through to generating power. All employees very helpful & pleasant. A couple of conflicting pieces of information are why this isn’t a 5
HomeSmart are an excellent company. They always kept us updated and all their staff were friendly, courteous and always ensured everything was tidied up at the end of the day. Unfortunately due to us having Housemartins nesting in te eaves, they were unable to complete initially. They had to wait until the housemartins had left the nest. They regularly contacted us and returned quickly once they could. The windows & gutters we had installed are excellent and appear of a good quality. I would thoroughly recommend using this company, for anyone wishing to have their windows and or guttering replaced. It was a very positive experience for us.
Another great piece of work completed by HomeSmart, this time 5 replacement windows. Everything done very efficiently and all waste cleared away. Once again a very happy customer.

The actual installation of the solar panels went well (though took a little longer than originally indicated) and the final result looks good. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the length of time it took to get the permissions for the installation and lack of precise information about timing for the individual stages in the process.
From start to finish we were impressed by the company. There was no hard sell and the conservatory roof insulation was installed on the dates agreed. The installer was very professional and the finished result looks as though it has always been part of the conservatory.

everyone made the whole experience a lot easier than i thought it would be my husband has parkinsons and i expected more stress. the lads were quick, confident, tidy and cleared up after themselves. They were all wonderful thankyou.

I bought windows and a composite door. Mark the rep was fantastic when he visited us explaining the product choices and process. The office kept us updated with the timescales with great communication throughout. The fitters, Wayne, Sandy and the apprentice Alex were fantastic. They had great craftsmanship working with the minimal amount of noise and mess, adding some nine little touches to finish the job off brilliant Really pleased with the end result which looks amazing. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional and I would certainly recommend HomeSmart to friends and family.
