I have had work done by homeSmart before (UPVC) and so I knew the high standards to expect when having Solar Panels fitted. I am very pleased the the system, the workmanship, the pleasantness of the fitting team and the team at HomeSmart (Rob) that dealt with me throughout the process. I would recommend them.

Good understanding of what I wanted by the Surveyor who measured the window openings, that enabled the manufacturing of the windows and doors ready for installation. There was good communication by the installation team as to when they could come and replace the windows and doors. When they came they were on time, pleasant to deal with , clean and fast. Excellent service.

Had a small leak in my guttering that was installed by Homeserve the beginning of April this year. I completed the online form which was a simple process & Homeserve were in attendance to sort the issue within 24hrs. I have used the company for replacement doors & windows, would thoroughly recommend, Great service.

I had one half of my split level loft insulated almost 3 years ago, no issues, clean and tidy job done, I did this as the bedrooms we’re located below and wanted those rooms to be warmer than the rest of the house…this was then sealed off from the main loft area…various moisture tests were done at the time and no future problems predicted….then…this week a call saying they would like to do some follow up tests on the moisture in the roof beams and loft….LOW AND BEHOLD!…issues found and an offer of having the second part of the loft insulated (estimated several 1000 £s)in order to comply with epc ratings…the original job having supposedly put the epc up by one *….so…either the sales or the installation team is telling me porkies?..which ever…I will now get my local roofer to do the tests again and see where we are at?..at this point of play sadly I have lost all faith in what I had previously considered to be a decent company.

Considerate installer’s- windows much better than we were expecting. So much so my son has asked HomeSmart to quote for his flats.

Fitter arrived and just got on with the job, letting me know when he had to go for the right size plastic and then showing me he had finished. What a lovely job he had done, very satisfied.

These guys try really hard! They are selling a good product for a fair price and go out of their way to ensure the installation goes smoothly. All the members of the Homesmart team that we have met have been professional, experienced guys. The kind that you don't mind having in your home!

Efficiently done.

I have used HomeSmart before and was more than happy to use them again when I needed to replace some outdated double glazed windows. The process was straightforward, choices of windows were shown and the costs of each option were also explained. The timetable between measuring and fitment was also laid out. The firm may not be the cheapest but for value, I have no complaints.

We have used this company for window replacement and now for a new garage door. We have found their salesmen knowledgeable and helpful, and their fitters pleasant and efficient. It has always been easy to keep in touch with what is happening, Would recommend them based on our experience.

The workmen, Darren & Silas, arrived when expected and worked hard at all times. They were professional, polite, pleasant and very nice to have around. The result of their work looks amazing and we are very pleased. The work was completed in good time given the unsettled weather upsetting the schedule. All of the rubbish was taken away leaving the site in good order.

Start to finish, from making the enquiry to completing the work went smoothly with us being kept updated every step of the way. We would recommend this company unreservedly for replacement of your gutter, etc

Got 4 company quotes including Homesmart, they were not the cheapest, but reviews were good & they promised us good quality. Had a fixed panel & door fitted 16th May. Great communication at the time & tidied up after. However, 4-5 weeks later the door bowed, someone eventually came out to rectify it, however not to satisfaction, but it was the best he could do & someone from the office would contact us. It has been a further 4-5 weeks & no contact. Therefore seeking legal advice, also I was recommend to contact Trading Standards , who I am contacting tomorrow. Avoid if you can. Update: dated 1st August: funny they contacted us the day after this review was left. They came out yesterday & adjusted the frame to fit the door, let’s see how it fares.

The installer turned up on time and the Garage door was professionally installed

Andy done an excellent job, without any fuss. Turned up on time. He was clean, tidy and worked very hard to complete the job as required.

They arrived on time, quick, tidy and very good at fitting the windows infact excellent all round.

The men arrived, did the job, cleaned up, and left some very happy customers. We hardly knew they were there!
