I was so impressed how professional and helpful they were with all the advice by Darren on what would make the place nice . Even though I wanted two different levels of the patio I am glad I did take Darren's advice. Darran and his team were very friendly and professional. The place was left so clean and tidy I didn't need have to do so much cleaning, great communication from start to finish. One of the best workmanship I've had. Every process of using HomeSmart was efficiently dealt with and we are extremely pleased with our new windows which were fitted 4 weeks ago. Their after sales section dealt with minor problems quickly with no hassle at all. The Sales Staff were really nice as where the fitters. Thank you HomeSmart - We were so impressed they are now replacing our flat roof felt.

I feel that Homesmart entered the solar installation business too early. My installation of solar panels and battery system was carried out back in March, despite the sales pitch of the benefits of getting paid to export to the grid, I am still not able to get any money for this. I subsequently learnt that Homesmart were not accredited to issue MCS certificates which are required to claim export payments. Over 2 months later I am still waiting for the documentation for my installation.

Homesmart did a great job. The finished install was excellent. Everyone from the initial contact to the final installer were very professional and helpful. They were happy to alter quotes as we changed our minds on certain things and it all went through smoothly. The only slight niggle was that there didn't seem to be an 'office number', everyone came through on a different number, which if you are in the habit of screening calls from unknown numbers meant a lot of phone tennis. That said, they were very responsive on texts and emails so it worked out fine. Would certainly recommend again.

From the moment of initial contact through to completion of the job, Homestart guys have been professional, courteous and efficient. I love my new interior porch door and side panel. It's transformed my hallway. Prices are competitive also.

The installation of all fascias and gutters at the property was done to a very high standard. The installers were efficient, hard-working, polite and courteous at all times. The work was completed quickly, and they also tidied up at the end.

We had an unfortunate clash of arrangements, our installation date having been brought forward. The piano tuner had been booked for the same time. 3 of the 4 windows being replaced were in the same room as the piano. Arriving half an hour before the piano tuner we were assured that they could get two of the windows in place before he arrived and they would then work on the 4th window elsewhere in the house during the tuning. They were as good as their word and had completed the entire job just one hour after the tuner had left. A very satisfactory operation.

Dillon and Chase were polite, professional, and very efficient regarding time management. They explained clearly and exactly what they were going to do and did it fast. We were impressed!

From first enquiry phone call to customer after sales call it’s a fabulous five stars from me. Tom p explained everything to me and what stages things would happen. Lee and Steve turned up on time and were very friendly just got on with the job, left everything clean and tidy and showed me the features! Very happy with HomeSmart, they managed the build of our solid roof conservatory/extension very well. Quotes were accurate and competitive for this building project. All of the third party tradesmen used were friendly and professional. Communication was good throughout and we were kept informed of any likely delays due to weather etc. Small issues and snags are always expected in building projects. However, the sign of a good company is how they deal with those issues and HomeSmart were excellent. The team were very quick to respond whenever requested and all work was completed to a very high standard. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a similar building project.

I went through a lot of trust pilot reviews, in particular negative ones. Everything I read of concern was never an issue for me. The rep came round when I confirmed I wanted to proceed, so they could go through the paperwork with me in detail and make sure everything was as agreed. This was several months after the initial visit as my decision was delayed. At no point did the team chase me unnecessarily. I was very pleased to receive a call from Mark, explaining that he was with the governance team (I think) and is specifically focused on ensuring the agreement has been made without pressure or coaxing, all above board. Indeed it was! The guys that came to install arrived, got stuck in and the progress they made was phenomenal! I pointed out a couple of details that had been agreed with the rep, it wasn't on the work order so put one call in and the next day the guys confirmed it was agreed scope and addressed it. They were done with a full revamp of my extensive roofline inside of 5 days. That weekend it rained, I spotted a couple of issues which I raised Monday morning, they were all taken care of by Wednesday despite setting the expectation that it would be the next Saturday that someone would be there. All in all, can't fault them, decent price, professional service and very happy with the outcome.

Homesmart fitted a new polycarbonate conservatory roof at my home but I'm a bit late with this review... From start to finish the communication by the company was excellent. Dean & the team of fitters worked continuously and were thorough & polite througout. I would be very happy to use them again, if I needed any further building work carried out.

The company arrived early on the day arranged and set to replacing the fascia. the men were friendly, polite and worked throughout the day. The job was completed exactly on time, and all rubbish was removed. The appearance of the bungalow was completely improved.
