Home smart were quick to return to me after my initial contact, the work was done within a few weeks and the guys were clean; polite; quick and efficient.

Having had electric garage doors fitted by HomeSmart last year, a courtesy call led to them giving us a quote for a large block paved patio in our back garden. The job started with the preparation which took over a full week with two full large grabber lorry loads of material taken away. Then it was a case of preparing the surface with membrane, scalpings and sand before the blocks could go down. The job was finally concluded barring a few cosmetic bits and pieces on 26th January. The work was carried out throughout by Ben, Ross and Craig who worked really hard to get the work done, much of it through an incredibly cold sub-zero spell - they were freezing out there! The three of them were a pleasure to have working at our home, very friendly and very helpful. So the job is now done and looks splendid. So huge thanks to HomeSmart and to Ben, Ross and Craig for a job well done. Highly recommended!

Everything ran like clockwork From when the salesman called to the completion of what led to three jobs. The fitters were on time, very curious and appeared to be very skilled in their profession, being very clean and tidy in completing their tasks. The work on the rear facia boards was carried out earlier than originally planned which suited me better. The two workmen, Mike and Willis, arrived early, worked very efficiently, and completed the work within a couple of hours. Their work was carried out to a high standard and they tidied-up completely when they had finished. I am pleased with the outcome.

Information provided beforehand was very good and didn’t try to sell us windows we didn’t need as two back windows were newer than the rest. Two fitters were very professional, tidying up well after the installation.

From initial visit to completion, the workmen were all friendly, polite, quick and tidy. They noticed a small issue with the moulding on one of the windows and it was rectified the next t working day.

Workman arrived on time. He worked diligently and kept everything tidy. He cleaned up when he'd finished and took all his rubbish away. Excellent job we are very pleased with the finished job.

The installation of a Battery to feed-back to us the energy generated on our roof from 8 PV panels, was done efficiently, with an 8 am start. Unfortunately, our home WiFi didn't extend adequately to the garage where the battery in situated and so GivEnergy had to return from Portsmouth on the next day to finish the operation, and we paid a little extra.

A great experience from the beginning to the end with HomeSmart - something of a rarity these days ! From the initial sales engagement to understand the choices available along with pricing and payment options, through the detailed survey and on to the installation work, their contacts and communications were excellent. Over the 4 days of work Sandy's installation team were fantastic and their delivery quality speaks for itself - it's exemplary ! I am a very happy customer and delighted with the end result. OK so I had to follow-up with the vacuum cleaner after they'd finished each day but otherwise they did an excellent job of cleaning up the initial mess from their work. Dust sheeting kept a lot of the debris contained too which I greatly appreciated. Whilst not the cheapest, you get what you pay for with HomeSmart and I would not hesitate in recommending them. Roofline work. We were very impressed with Homesmart installations from first contact. There was a 1 day delay to our agreed start date but the work was then completed in 1day. We were kept informed of this- we were impressed with the communication with the office. The installation team were efficient, friendly and did a good job of tidying up afterwards.
