We were looking to run a new side path to our house, linking with block paving, and also put a new porcelain tile patio in the garden. Helpful advice from their surveyor Mark sorted out what to do and how existing recycled materials could fit into it. Darren and his building team were very experienced, worked hard, and involved us to vet and modify the work plan as needed. They clearly took pride in the work they did. We are very pleased with the results.

We needed new windows (ours were 30/40 years old and not in a cute vintage way) but we were worried about all sorts of things, timing, cost, etc. A man dropped a leaflet in and I made an appointment to get a quote, fully expecting that we wouldn't be able to afford them. We had Haden come round at a time that was good for us and he was super nice and very knowledgeable. We went through what we wanted, he measured the windows and gave as a quote, that to our surprise wasn't as much as we thought. So we went for it. Amazingly, we had the windows fitted within a couple of weeks, we thought it would take months. Everything was very smooth and easy, from getting the quote to having the survey, getting the fitting booked in and the fitting of the windows themselves. I was surprised at how little mess there was after the installation. The windows look amazing, we are so happy with the end result. Our house is quieter and warmer and also looks so much better inside and out. I would recommend Smart Home 100%, especially if you're a little nervous about the whole thing, like we were.

Replacement of conservatory roof was completed ahead of originally agreed date and they sent extra staff to ensure job was completed quickly to fit in with arrangements we had already made. We now have a new leak-free roof and are very pleased with the results.

I have used HomeSmart on three separate occasions. First for new soffits, fascias, bargeboard and guttering, second for a new driveway, and most recently, some replacement doors and windows. Each experience has been top notch, no complaints.

The two man team were very professional, immediately familiarising them selves a d briefing their intentions. They worked continuously during the six houre they were on the property. Work was of high quality,on completion they briefed my wife and I thoroughly

The whole engagement with HomeSmart installations has been good whether it was initial visit, sales, survey, installation or satisfaction visit it was courteous, thorough and considerate. The installation was good with plenty of courtesy, swift execution, precise finishing and excellent tidy up. The replacement windows and front door are good and have received some excellent comments. We are delighted and would certainly recommend them and use them again.

Windows and door replacement. The sales team and office support has been very thorough. The fitting team arrived on time both days. They worked hard, were very professional and polite. They recommended a slightly different material for the inside sills and I’m pleased they did as I’m delighted with the finish. I am very pleased with the windows and doors and they have already made such a difference. The job took two days and both days the site was left clean and tidy. I wanted a replacement 'leaded' window. I was delighted with the result: a quality installation, and great workmanship. I received good customer service too: the staff being pleasant, and efficient throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a similar undertaking.

I've now used Homesmart for 2 jobs now. First was solar panels and recently spray foam loft insulation. On both occasions the operatives were very polite and good quality workmen. The works were carried to my complete satisfaction. I was happy from start to finish including salesman, work carried out to aftercare.

Not a big job but probably fiddly, removing bay window on a park home and replacing with simpler double-glazing. Very happy with the result. Neat and tidily done. Appreciated the way new cladding was matched and fitted with the old, and some of the older shoddy workmanship improved.
