I had a problem with a charger fo my Jet Hawk Pressure Washer. Contacted them by email, dealt with quickly. A replacement was sent out, Jet Hawk recharged and in use again. Very impressed with customer services.

I had to send an item back! through no fault of high st tv. The return was extremely easy. I spoke to customer service, who promptly send me a label to return via my click and collect shop. Later in the week I spoke to customer service to check on my return and she advised me she had done the refund. They are so friendly and efficient if you have to speak to them. Very pleased
There was an offer on the box of the item I'd ordered. I called CC to ask about it. They didn't know about it, but, they honored the offer. It was a generous thing to do.

I purchased an item for a fixed amount, within a week that item was advertised 15% cheaper. I reviewed the purchased and received a positive response i.e. an amount was returned to me.
Something I bought from High Street TV remained in its box for nearly a year and a small part was found to be faulty when it was first used. The customer service team immediately offered to replace the item under guarantee, with no argument or hassle, arranging its collection and sending a new one very quickly - a refreshingly efficient, customer friendly experience.

I ordered the 1.2l clever pot, it is brilliant I have used it for goulash, beans, rice and fish, gravy and beans. There is plenty of room to put enough ingredients for 1-3 people, it has helped me with my portion size so hopefully it will help to lose weight. Cleaning is easy due to the non stick of the pot, the lid and the extension steamer attachment are dishwasher safe, brilliant product
The case it arrived in was a bonus as it makes storage so easy. I used it to jet wash my outside patio area which is a long way from my house. Hence not needing an electric supply was perfect. I will use it to wash my car as once again no electric supply near my parking. It was easy to use and even my partner who is 70 years old found it easy to operate and was so impressed with it she wanted to keep on using it on other places. A great product strongly recommend and will tell family and friends about it. Can not find any bad points so far.
